“FABULOUS HOLIDAY - WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN!!”

The hotel was AMAZING!! Probably one of the nicest All Inclusive hotels we’ve stayed in! From check in everything was fab! The staff on reception were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were so lovely. We definitely had the best room in the hotel (Room 105!) I don’t think we will get one as nice and more conveniently positioned anywhere else! The pool area was very clean and tidy. Plenty of sun beds and well maintained. Snack bar food was made to order which I find very good (a lovely variety of foods). Drinks were self service (soft drinks and beer). Other drinks, such as hot and cold, cocktails, slushes and ice creams you were served. The restaurant was really nice with the option to dine outside which was lovely. Food was very impressive and the selection was great! I have a very picky son with a dairy and soya intolerance and staff were really helpful with that. All staff work very hard and are very pleasant. The entertainment team are very welcoming. The evening entertainment was ok. There were a couple of outside acts which were very good. The entertainment team try very hard to entertain everyone and were lovely throughout our stay! All in all I was VERY happy with our stay. Everything about our holiday was perfect!! The best room, fabulous food & drinks and lovely staff. Hotel is within a very short walk to beaches and supermarkets. The supermarket on site was great and you could buy pretty much everything there too. Access to the neighbouring water park was a fab bonus which was included with our stay - it is very clean and has something for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel!

“Really didn't want to go home”

Had a really lovely holiday room was cleaned every other day with fresh blood adding and new towels. No fighting for sun beds! Had a really lovely holiday room was cleaned every other day with fresh blood adding and new towels. No fighting for sun beds! The entertainment team were amazing and so friendly litterally kept the kids entertained all day with various activities also for adults. Shooting, archery and water polo to name a few. In the evenings after dinner at 8pm was woogie disco for the children and then from 9 was entertainment for the rest of the family whether that be singers, gynasts or the entertainment crew doing there own production which we would see them practising in the morning. One of favs was one called you bet where they went against people staying at the hotel in mini games... This really got the crowd involved and was a great idea. Really couldn't recommend pier, manu, noortje, joaquin Shamira and Lucia enough for helping make our stay unforgettable. Will be returning that's for sure.

“Great first family holiday”

Great hotel in a perfect location. We travelled for the first time as a family with our 8 month old daughter and as soon as we arrived the TUI rep was there to help us unload our luggage. Great hotel in a perfect location. We travelled for the first time as a family with our 8 month old daughter and as soon as we arrived the TUI rep was there to help us unload our luggage. The staff were all lovely and helpful and great with our daughter taking the time to stop and say hello to her. We had one of the upstairs rooms with the enclosed balcony and it was great to have the outside bed and artificial grass for her to roll around on. The only problem is you have to carry the pram up the stairs but we left it downstairs during the day and just took it up at night. The restaurant was lovely and the outside seats were great as it was quite noisy in the restaurant. There was always a good selection of food and we never struggled to find something we liked. There was always high chairs available and kids plates, bowls and cutlery. The pool bar area was a great place to sit. The drinks are good theres a self service beer pump and cold drinks. The cocktails are from a machine but the pina colada and love on the beach were good. Also the San Francisco that’s non alcoholic but you can ask for alcohol to be added in. The main bar opens in the evening and if you got the right staff member the cocktails were made fresh and not by the machine. Although there was sometimes a slight queue of an evening it always moved quickly. The pool area is lovely and clean. There’s a small children’s pool then one big pool split into 2. It was very busy whilst we were there but you could still always find a sun bed. The location is great it’s a 5/10 minute walk to the marina with loads of bars and restaurants. And only a few more minutes to a small beach. There’s another beach not much further to and easy to walk to. You can also walk to the lighthouse in 10 minutes and the sunsets are beautiful. Overall it’s a good hotel in a great location - we had a wonderful time for our first family holiday.

We stayed for a week in may, two adults and a 4 month old. The hotel is in a quiet location a 5 min walk from the marina. The staff are very polite and helpful with one even offering to bring her ironing board from home so we could iron a few items. We declined but we thought how nice. Anyway the food is hit and miss but always warm and some of the food was actually really nice. The oat porridge in the morning was delicious The pool was freezing so we didn’t go in and our little one cried when she dipped her toes in so that was that haha. They had a pool foam party on the Monday and everyone seemed to love it who was brave enough to enter the ice bath We upgraded our room on the second day to a deluxe room and it was absolutely worth it. The balcony looked over the pool and the entertainment area at night so we actually lay on the outdoor bed on the balcony and listened to the music and started gazed at night whilst the little one slept next to us. The bar was only a short walk so the wife kept me busy anyway. We payed 250 euros for the upgrade which was 50 euros a night as they only charged us for 5 nights which was good. Overall it’s a lovely little hotel and I would definitely recommend it There is also a nice ice cream parlour on the marina which do pancakes and waffles at the night time and is was quite cheap to be fair
