“Brill stay”

Can't fault the hotel at all perfect weekend away. Staff work very hard and the place is immaculate.we will definitely return in the future. Food so much choice and drinks were brilliant aswell. Well done las dalias yet again another brilliant trip

We are currently having a superb holiday at this excellent hotel. From the minute we arrived we felt both welcome and valued by all of the staff we met. Check in was quick and easy and we were given a welcome drink. Our room (635) overlooks the hotel carpark and small road but we have a sea view and a nice view of the mountains. It is nice and quiet and stays cool throughout the day. The room itself is very comfortable, pleasantly furnished and has everything you need. We understand that the rooms will be refurbished later this year. The pool area is really nice and we particularly like the adults only area. There's always more than enough sun beds; no need to get up at silly o'clock to reserve one. The restaurant is very spacious and welcoming and there is always a great variety of food and plenty of choice for every taste. Every evening is a themed night. All the staff in the dining room are really friendly and helpful. We must give special mention to Brahim who always goes the extra mile and makes sure everything is to our satisfaction. It was my wife's birthday during our stay and Brahim made it extra special, bringing us some bubbly and arranging for a birthday cake and getting some of the staff to sing happy birthday. It made my wife's evening that extra bit special. Our thanks to all, especially Brahim. In fact, we have found all the staff very friendly, hard working and a credit to the hotel. We most definitely would return to this lovely hotel.

“Lovely stay would visit again!”

Before visiting Las Dalias we were unsure on the mixed reviews however this hotel was very good. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who gave us a welcome drink and checked us in. Unfortunately we arrived late and the restaurant was closed however they did offer us a cold dinner due to our arrival time free of charge, we instead decided to walk down to the beach area which is only 10 minutes away to eat instead. Our room was a twin room the room was spotless and was of good size. We had a view over the front of the hotel and the car park which gave us a partial sea view. Despite looking over the car park I would stay this is the preferable side of the hotel to stay as the rest of the rooms overlook the pool and the entertainment area which can be loud especially in the evening if you are looking for an early night. We had to pay 3 euros a day for the use of the safety deposit box in our room which we did think could have been offered included in the room but this was not unreasonable. The room did have a mini fridge however this not get stocked during our stay which was disappointing, they do not provide bottles of water for the rooms but have water stations dotted around the levels with a refillable water jug in the room however this water was never really cold and it took an age to fill up as the water comes out so slowly. We only had one issue with our room which was the shower piping leaked which meant it spray everywhere so we just had to be a bit more careful. We had our room cleaned each day however the cleaning reduced its standard the closer to the end of our trip we got with the bins not being emptied and no toilet roll being replaced. The location of the hotel was really good very close to the beach and the bars/ restaurants along the sea front, very close to shops less than a couple of minutes away and was only a 20 minute walk from Siam Park. The pool area is clean and tidy and we never had any issues finding a lounger, however sometimes they can be slightly close together. The pool temperature was slightly on the cooler side however when you are really hot it can be quite refreshing. The only thing we found difficult is that the main pool is all one level and it is rather deep so mostly you can only touch the ground on tip toes. During our trip staff would bring around drinks to the pool side and ice cream which was a really nice extra touch. The drinks served at the bar are good and we were shocked to see that they use branded spirits. In the restaurant and pool area you can help yourself to beer, wines, soft drinks and water on tap which is not something we had seen before in a hotel. This was beneficial in the restaurant as the staff had more time to keep the tables clean and ready for the next dinners. The main restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner and was always spotlessly clean. The food was of good variety. On the 4 nights we were there we ate in the restaurant for evening meal three times and it did not get repetitive. They had two themed nights one was fish and the other was a Japanese night. We were shocked with the amount of fish that was available on the fish night there was everything you could imagine. A highlight of the restaurant was the fresh Paella which was served each night and the pizzas are incredible with thick mozzarella cheese. The outdoor snack bar was a little unimpressive it contained hot cabinets which had food to make a burger, chips and reminded us of frozen party food with there being spring rolls, chicken nuggets and onion rings. The food was edible but this snack bar was a bit samey. The pool area has an adults only section around the top which contains a hot tub and a large number of sun beds. On our day of leaving the hotel our flight wasn’t until late evening so we spend the day in the hotel and used the courtesy room to get ready for our flight. We had this room for 30 mins, a tip would be to book this early on in your stay to get a room time that suites as it can get booked up. To get pool towels you have to pay a deposit but we just took our own towels. The hotel was a variety of age ranges and a mixed variety between families, couples and groups. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel others, we will defo be returning.
