Very relaxing atmosphere for - adolt only -in 5 stars hotel. It was the second time and we was again very satified with everything thats offers, from food in 7x restaurants and entertainments like Michel Jacksons songs and exercise by the pool aquafit / zumba. In the evenings skills musicians played. The staff was amasing friendly and helpful, like Miquel in the looby who was helpfull and funny and could arranged every thing we needed. Other staff like Erica and Aldair and more are always ready to help and give you good advices. We would recommended this hotel who is best for couple who wanted to have it moderate sorrounding, tasty and different food and relaxing time. Greatings, TG

“Week at the amazing Sabila”

First time at the Sabila and it won’t be the last! Everything was perfect from the minute we walked in! First time at the Sabila and it won’t be the last! Everything was perfect from the minute we walked in! We decided to upgrade to Star Prestige because of the pending building works which didn’t actually start when they was supposed too. The Star Prestige experience was just amazing! The pool area upstairs was just stunning and very relaxing ambiance. The bedrooms were very nice too and we got clean towels everyday and our beds turned back every night and a chocolate left on the bed! The food was out of this world and lots of it! We had breakfast and we ate once in the evening which was incredible!

“Wonderful experience but not a 5 star hotel.”

This was a beautiful hotel, very central, the staff were absolutely amazing, we stayed half board and the food was really excellent, a great choice. This was a beautiful hotel, very central, the staff were absolutely amazing, we stayed half board and the food was really excellent, a great choice. Some of the entertain ment was great some not so....we tried the spa and it was divine, a real treat. The biggest problem was the pool, people start going out at 7am to put towels on sun loungers, for a 5 star hotel everybody should have access to a sun lounger, this is a problem that seriously needs to be addressed. Even though the hotel was fabulous it was not a 5 star hotel, it lacked the finese of 5 star.

The hotel overall is good but I have stayed in much better 5* hotels. The staff are friendly but there is quite an odd atmosphere here and it feels a bit like a cruise ship or business centre in the -2 and -1 levels. The hotel overall is good but I have stayed in much better 5* hotels. The staff are friendly but there is quite an odd atmosphere here and it feels a bit like a cruise ship or business centre in the -2 and -1 levels. The entertainment space is just odd, the way the chairs are laid out on level -1 and 0 for the entertainment is strange! And if you happen to be outside enjoying a cocktail past 11:30pm be warned, they will turn the flames off without warning and you will be asked to move! They seem to have a very strict regime of closure times and don’t really explain things in a nice manner. Breakfast was good (although overall the food nowhere near as nice as the Iberostar Lanzarote Park) The shop was open for a couple of hours at most which is a shame because it looked like there were some interesting items there. There were stalls daily which were all quite nice. Rooms were quite small and even with an upgrade to Star Prestige, they weren’t as nice as other Iberostar rooms I’ve stayed in. The view was great if you only looked right towards the sea front, the view in front was awful! Not sure why we had a room upgrade as nobody explained this to us but we enjoyed the Star Prestige complimentary drinks by the main pool which was a nice touch. Overall, the hotel lacked personality and I probably wouldn’t return.
