Well what can I say !!! I booked this very last minute then read reviews some quite bad!!! But I totally disagree from the moment I arrived until I left everyone was lovely! I arrived quite late at night and got to my room knackered there was a bottle of pressecco a bottle of water and some nuts how lovely so there was no need for me to go get supply's! Apartment was lovely had everything I needed towels tea towel washing up liquid sponge x Room cleaned everyday she was lovely ! Pool are very quiet which is what I wanted to relax I'm an accommodation manager and I can't fault this place 5 mins to beach 5 mins to strip also I did ask for late check out but they were fully booked I totally understand I could leave my luggage and still use the pool just perfect I defiantly will be returning end of this year thank you x It was perf

“Ideal place for a winter holiday”

We were looking for a place to spend a relaxing 3 weeks in the sun during the British winter and the Servature Caribe proved to be perfect. On arrival the bus dropped us a little distance from the hotel as they can’t stop outside but the problem was we had to go up a reasonably steep hill with uneven pavement with cases, so my recommendation if you are infirm please get a private transfer which I assume can stop outside. The 1 bed apartment had all we needed, it was clean, had a well equipped kitchen (No oven) but take a can opener, the one in our room was something I would use for camping. Washing up liquid tea towels and shower gels were provided which was nice. beds were comfy with mattress toppers on the base. We had a great sea view from our room 509 had sun from noon onwards in January. The higher numbers on the top floors would get the sun earlier. The room decor was very tired with Orange walls, dark wood doors and frames. Sofa was fine, if it’s too upright move it away from the wall as the back is just cushions. Storage was much better than most hotels and plenty for most people. There was no aircon but leaving balcony doors and windows open was no problem as you would need to be Spiderman to access the balcony from another. We could hear music from the bars until about 1.30 with the window open but it didn’t bother us. Wifi was strong in the room and all around the hotel including the pool area and was suitable for streaming Tv etc, Tv’s had BBC1 BBC2 and news channel, our wall mounted tv didn’t have enough room behind to plug a fire stick so we had to use a tablet. There wern’t many power sockets and I was amazed to find that the bedroom did not have a power socket at all. There was a strange 3 pin vertical plug which I assume is for the rentable fan. I would advise you to bring an extension lead (suitably fused). There was always space around the pool with plenty of sunbeds mind you that didn’t prevent people putting towels on the beds at 7.30am, some people need to get a life. I couldn’t see much of an advantage in going for a superior room for the extra money. We booked a standard and got a superior without the welcome goodies, so we were very happy. There is a supermarket across the road that had fresh bread and pastries and stocked most of the things we needed. Siam mall was only a short but uphill walk where you could find a bigger supermarket, shops and nice restaurants. The bar below the hotel (Independant) only took cash but was very cheap and did breakfast as well as the hotel. We could get beer for 1 Euro a pint in a few places and 1.5 euro in quite a few more. Cheap bars are on the beachfront (turn right at kong). Travelled with Jet 2 and would use them again.
