“Wonderful simply put”

Really can’t ask for more, apartments are really well equipped and a lovely size. There are 3 pools 2 of which can be very busy with lots of activities but there is another pool which is quiet and restful. Can’t wait to return ❤️ hopefully later this year.

Definitely recommend hollwood marage for family hoilday rooms very clean they cater for all ages entertainment was absolutely fabulous 👌 especially the foam party we loved every minute of it we had dancing singing and even games to play the entertainers was absolutely outstanding they kept us entertained day and night the food is lovley and so was the staff 😀 👍 me and my family will definitely be coming back here next year thank you so much for a great holiday gracias ❤️✌️

“A very nice place to stay”

I am sat on the balcony over looking the pool as I type this. My wife and I have had a lovely holiday in a spacious self catered apartment, with a great view of the sea. When we got here I asked about the view and quietness, they gave me the opportunity to view to apartments available. Paid £95 for an upgrade, very happy. There is a bus to n fro the town during the day which is free. Returning in the evening is a steep walk and a bit of a challenge, plenty of taxis though. Local supermarket has everything you require. First hotel I have ever been to where no one selfishly reserves sun beds with a towel and leaves it there all day. (You know who you are). There always has to be a downside. The entertainment staff are young and keen and jolly, but maybe need to appreciate there is a volume on the microphone, turn it down a bit guys. But as I type yoga is in full flow, 50 % sunbed availability and I am burning to a crisp. We didn't use the hotel dining but looks ok, gym is compact but sufficient. Water pressure in the shower good enough to strip paint. Good wifi.

Let's start with the pro's The hotel staff were all very pleasant and friendly. The rooms were spacious and light with a view facing either the pool or sea. There is a free of charge shuttle bus which takes you to playas de Las Americas. The rooms were given fresh towels and linen often. There was a lot of choice at breakfast and it ran very smoothly. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas with a lovely pools. Unfortunately with the good comes the bad. The hotel is very big, upon checking in we were told our rooms however finding them was like deciphering a maze. The bath has a very bulky slider attached, making it absolutely impossible for people over a certain age, or people with mobility issues to use. Thankfully, our room was by pool 2, far away from the constant noise of the main pool area. During the 7 days, I had to call reception at x3 during the middle of the night because people above us thought it was acceptable to scream, shout and stomp all night long. Granted the hotel resolved the issues, It did leave us exhausted the days after. For 2 nights, we had people in the swimming pool outside our apartment at 12am being loud. We also had to complain about the strong smell of weed. Sometimes we were even unable to use our balcony because the smell was so strong. We found that at night, there was a lot of noise from other hotels, neighbouring apartments and the main road adjacent to the hotel. All in all, we were able to enjoy the pool, the beautiful sunshine and experience tenerife. But I think there could be some improvements overall.
