My 4th time at this hotel and it has not yet disappointed. A great location, big clean rooms and a great choice of food at breakfast and dinner, how people can moan is beyond me. We will be back next year for sure. Everything great but it is a real shame that the à la carte restaurant on the first floor is now indoors it was so nice under the canopies outside and the menu a bit weird . Everybody is so friendly

“Fantastic stay”

We are currently at the Tui Blue hotel now and I have to say its been a perfect stay ! We upgraded to sea view room and we were not dissapointed.. stunning views. Rooms cleaned to high standard every day. Food is lovely and we are picky eaters..staff are friendly and helpfull. good location as shop… more

We are currently at the Tui Blue hotel now and I have to say its been a perfect stay ! We upgraded to sea view room and we were not dissapointed.. stunning views. Rooms cleaned to high standard every day. Food is lovely and we are picky eaters..staff are friendly and helpfull. good location as shops,restaurants etc litrally on your doorstep. There are roadworks just outside hotel but these have not been an issue for us. Siam park is a must we did VIP passes which were a godsend with the fastrack queue passes and also dolpin trip was brilliant .

Hotel Hotel was clean overall, toilets near the gym and the toilet near reception needs more attention. Food Food was amazing, chefs work so hard. Lots of choice at breakfast and dinner. At breakfast there are lots of drinks choices but at dinner you have to pay for drinks Inc water which I thought was expensive at almost 3 euros, when it's ,0.69 euro at the shop opposite. Waiting staff were friendly and attentive. Reception We found mixed, a young man who worked during the day ( I believe has only been at the hotel a few months) was amazing, friendly and exceptional helpful and informative. This young man is a credit to the hotel. Unfortunately not all staff were as helpful. We had drinks put in our bill that were not ours, the man we spoke to twice did nothing to help, he then told us to see the girl on the following morning. I did and she rectified it straight away. Pity it took two days. My main concern was our transfer was almost an hour late.I went to ask at reception. I was told as the TUI team had left there was no way to contact the transfer, and that I could order a taxi. As we and other guests who were waiting began to arrange alternative transport the transfer arrived. I think this needs addressing, reception staff should have details for issues that arise when TUI team are not there. TUI team We found mixed. With a strong emphasis on booking excursions. Sam was very informative Amy we found very helpful The man we did not feel was as helpful. Bar staff We found staff generally good however there is often long waits to order. This is due to the table service, you can not order at the bar. Personally I didn't like not being able to order and pay at the bar. I think the system is open to errors. We ensured we paid when ordering rather than putting on the room tab. However we had drinks put on our room bill. If it wasn't that we paid as we went we would probably not have realised the error. Pool We liked both pools and had no issues with loungers Entertainment We thought the man who did the entertainment, bingo, quiz was awesome. The entertainment was mixed the couple with the lady singing and playing the violin were brilliant The beetles tribute excellent Circus ok There was also a band ( trio) and a solo lady singer who were not so good. Housekeeping Excellent 👌 Excursions Loro parquet was amazing but incredibly busy We did the sea lion show, followed by the whale show , followed by the dolphins Then the remaining park It's such a fabulous place but fitting it all in on one day it a push. The market Be careful, make sure your phone wallet,purse are worn on Ur front. It's very busy However the beach and bars are lively and a nice atmosphere . The blue flag beach and the nearby beach were good Try these places There is a nice square over the rd Thistle was nice and Guinness bar next to the supermarket was fab , really friendly

This hotel is a great location for the harbour and main ( small) beach. Bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The food at the hotel is among the best I’ve had at a hotel. Plenty of choice, fresh and replenished often. Sunbed rules are brilliant. You can put your towels on the beds from 8, but you must be on it until 9:30, otherwise your towels can be removed. After 9:30, they’re yours! Fantastic views over the sea from the pool area. Rooms are cleaned daily, and to a good standard. The hotel is old & it shows in areas, but nothing major, not enough to put you off. Staff are all very friendly. Entertainment staff are good, don’t badger you too much about joining activities. Evening entertainment is as good as you’d expect for a Tui hotel. Unfortunately, the road outside had road works on it. Although it didn’t affect our time in the hotel ( we were overlooking the sea from our room) it had an impact on negotiating your way around the local amenities. Overall, a lovely hotel. I would recommend.
