This was a short 4 night break and we had an amazing experience with this hotel. The staff were amazing. The bar staff were great and breakfast was fantastic. Tamas (I hope that’s correctly spelt) and Diego who looked after us during the daily activities completely MADE our holiday. We did aqua aerobics , archery,mini golf , darts, cooking and cocktail demonstrations. Loads on offer. They were so funny and so fun and had all the guests laughing and enjoying themselves. We will miss their craic. (Yane,Maria and Jesus no were our nicknames lol ) We got involved in all the activities around the pool and every day got free cocktails or some kind of treat also (we weren’t all inclusive ) I would 100% return. Didn’t want to leave. Hotel spotless!

Firstly, I asked for a low floor, but on arrival was put on the 7th floor, then was moved 4 days into my holiday to the 2nd floor. Firstly, I asked for a low floor, but on arrival was put on the 7th floor, then was moved 4 days into my holiday to the 2nd floor. The room was lovely in 204, But the only view you got from the balcony was, a tree with no sun at all. But I didn't bother as travelling alone. but the room on 7th floor, the was very tiered. And did not rate a 4 star rating. The staff was very helpful and my room was cleaned every day. The bar staff was brilliant. Diaz, top fella and once he got to know you. The drinks kept coming without asking. Prosecco by the bottle. Excellent service. There is an issue with the with stag parties. This, hotel would be alot better if they didn't have them. Just constantly drunk and causing issues with other guests. Another issue is. SMOKING. You can't smoke or vap outside. Or inside. You have to walk 50 metres to a designated smoking area. Which isn't signed. My issue is, if you vap and don't smoke, the last thing you want is to be sitting with smokers and smelling of smoke. Vaping shouldn't be a problem, as it doesn't smell and you don't drop cigarettes on the floor. This is an issues which needs attention. And putting smoking and Vaping areas. No signs stating smoking area. There is regulations in place, but you are not aware of them until they come and tell you. This is a nice hotel, but not a 4 star hotel. Food was good a good variety. But same stuff throughout the 10 days. Some nice places to eat. The hotel is ideal location 400 m and your on the strip Veronica's. If that's your thing. Would I stay here again. Yes if travelling solo. But i I would go as a couple No, purely because, to many stag parties and no respect for other guests. So if you want a quiet holiday to relax. It's not the place. Finally, the lifts there is two. and they are very slow and 2 people with suitcases it's full.
