A lovely hotel, everywhere was exceptionally clean, food lovely, staff very nice and best of all towels removed if left for a period of time meaning beds always available. However sadly there are a few niggles which spoilt it for us : I have never had to pay for a safe in a four star hotel before and this should be included Cocktails were disgusting The hot water ran cold on quite a few occasions and therefore I had to shower in cold water and having long hair could not get shampoo or conditioner rinsed out The hot water trickled out of tap and shower, I asked 3 times if they could sort it but each time they said it had been done but didn’t change Food was very very good but often Luke warm, however there is a microwave to heat up Pool towels are given on €5 deposit but I thought it was per room but it was per person, I asked reception if I could take 2 and give the other €5 later to safe me going back to get more money but he would not let me which made me uncomfortable Would stay again but not in that room, so good things def outweigh the little niggles

Only had 5 nights here as passport’s over 10 years old new EU rules still valid for a further six months absolute nightmare. Arrived early evening met by my daughter and boyfriend who had flown out without us two days earlier. Check in quick had to pay for a safe which I hate just add on to holiday price. Went straight to dinner at Buffet restaurant. Food in here was very good although I would say not the biggest choice. Self serve beer and wine.Managed to get a booking at the Asian restaurant this only accepted something like 12/14 people two sittings so think in high season availability would be difficult which is a shame as this was the highlight of our stay. Show cooking very entertaining and tasty. Room was on ground floor overlooking a very quiet road. Comfy bed and separate kitchen lounge terrace and grass able to walk to daughter next door so convenient as requested. Two nice pools with bar and snacks in the middle. Chef would cook to order if wanted something fresh had lovely cheeseburger. Ate in buffet most of the time Unfortunately due to our late arrival didn’t get the opportunity to use the heated green pool. Plenty of sun bed but not very comfortable need mattresses again like safe just put a couple of euros on price of room to cover cost. Put towed on beds one day on way to breakfast as didn’t want to carry or go back to room to collect found they had been removed by rude lady lifeguard. Understand no reserving of beds when busy but there were loads spare never had to get up early to reserve.Spa very good at a reasonable price. Drinks were a bit weak to much ice looked like you had a triple measure but in reality only a single just ask for less ice larger measure. Two Beers both tasted a bit flat. Cocktails slush puppy ready mixed type little alcohol not the best.Entertainment we watched was good especially Elvis but was only on for 45 minutes not really long enough. Went to lobby bar where entertainment continued till 11. Problem with lobby bar was seating arranged mainly in tables of four which were occupied by single couples meaning we had trouble getting a table for four maybe have more tables for two. Location was on outskirts of town very quiet supermarket complex across road other restaurants and bars a 10/15 minute walk turn right out of hotel road is a bit steep left easier walk. Overall would say friendly staff good food and entertainment very clean. Downside uncomfortable sun beds and a bit far out of town for us.

“Be warned about cost of Gym & Spa”

I would recommend this hotel. Totally agree with Dans review from March 2024 re: “good hotel a couple of niggles”. I would recommend this hotel. Totally agree with Dans review from March 2024 re: “good hotel a couple of niggles”. The additional GYM&SPA COST was not expected nor was it what I consider reasonable (especially when paying for multiple). I paid €100 for a 5 session gym/spa pass for myself & my son. Then I had to pay €15 per visit for my daughter (as she only qualified for spa access). I understand now it’s a separate business but that wasn’t clear in advance. I understand that may not be the hotels fault but surely they could negotiate a better deal for AI/hotel clients. A gym is a necessity for myself and my son so I always deliberately book a more expensive hotel to ensure we have gym access. Both the gym & spa were lovely but for a family of 4 you are looking at €200 for the 5 session passes.
