“More then happy”
Amazing experience, the hotel was very clean, the staff just amazing, very friendly, the food was more then expected 😀. after reading reviews, i wasn't expecting much. I had my expectations low. I had tried to change the hotel before hand with jet 2 , but they wanted an extra 600 pound. “Great for the strip but wouldn’t stay again.”
Just got back from the staying here for 10 days, I’m not sure how jet2 said this hotel was 4 stars, the pools are very run down and it is so loud at night however I can see how it would be great for kids as the entertainment team go above and beyond with the kids club. “Ok but staff could be more helpfull”
Rooms was ok only 1 socket tho cleaners and kids entertainers was polite but most the other staff are just rude takes up to 1hour to check in ,breakfast was crap but lunch and dinner was ok they don't give you much information about where everything is and entertainment
