Great hotel in a quiet location, not everyone's cup of tea, area has no British bars or tacky tourist shops which is perfect,... food is very tasty and varied....Simona and Gabriel really look after restaurant guests.... but to be fair all the staff are excellent ....cannot praise them enough ...... more

Great hotel in a quiet location, not everyone's cup of tea, area has no British bars or tacky tourist shops which is perfect,... food is very tasty and varied....Simona and Gabriel really look after restaurant guests.... but to be fair all the staff are excellent ....cannot praise them enough .... Candelaria and Santa Cruz within easy reach....both have lots to offer . Only downside is main pool area can get a noisy when to much drink is taken..... ashamed to say by UK guests.... not a good look.... entertainment is first class.... Elvis and Elton very good.... New locking system on reception main door to the pool to stop sunbed bookers..... doesn't deter the usual suspects...same faces always first in the queue. But all in all had a great time.... maybe come back in the Winter.

“Love this hotel. A bit old fashioned but clean and great staff”

Been to this hotel many times. Very adult orientated but children welcome. The food has themed nights so excellent. The hotel is a bit out of the way but that suits me. Shop and chemist nearby. And a big supermarket up the hill (about 10 mins walk) a bus outside takes you to candelaria and Santa... more

Been to this hotel many times. Very adult orientated but children welcome. The food has themed nights so excellent. The hotel is a bit out of the way but that suits me. Shop and chemist nearby. And a big supermarket up the hill (about 10 mins walk) a bus outside takes you to candelaria and Santa Cruz main bus station so you can get another bus to visit any other part of the island. Book a market or Sian park trip with the rep good value

“Fabulous Food”

Great stay at this hotel for a fortnight. Marvelous food lots of choice with plenty of variety at all mealtimes. Great stay at this hotel for a fortnight. Marvelous food lots of choice with plenty of variety at all mealtimes. Various meats, fish always available with pasta, paella, wonderful soups , delicious deserts and a chocolate fountain at times. Our room was spacious, two big beds, plenty of storage, good size balcony and well appointed bathroom. Although some furniture was a little tired no major faults and cleaned well daily. All the hotel was kept clean and tidy. Although we had requested a quiet room we were situated above the hotel delivery entrance with lorries beeping early morning. Staff were friendly and helpful some going out of their way to help older clients, especially male lifeguard at the adult's pool. Plenty of comfy sunbeds and parasols around both pools. Drinks were generous served by cheerful bar staff who were overrun at times. More staff are needed at bars at the busy times. The animation team worked hard and were enthusiastic and lively. A major disadvantage was smoking and vaping around the outside bar and pools. Although there were no smoking signs, people were sitting in front of them smoking with no intervention from staff! At times in the evenings it was so bad we had to move inside earlier than desired.

The hotel was clean but definitely needs some renewals. Hotel room ( Premium one ) was kept clean but had very funny and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and from one of the lifts. The hotel staff were always very helpful and friendly. The evening entertainment was hit or miss, some of them were really lovely like life music performances but I didn't enjoy the DJ's nights. There were only four lifts all together available for gusts witch wasn't enough for the amount of people that stay at the hotel, and cause delays in the morning, especially during the breakfast hours. The pools area was kept clean and the bar staff were really helpful and friendly, drinks were ok but the mix cocktails tasted artificial and very sweet, I would recommended the beer, always nice and cold :) and the crisps which are available at the main pool bar. The food was nice and freshly made, every day something different to choose from. The restaurant was well organised and clean. The hotel is placed in very nice and quiet area, 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach ( with black sand and pebbles- the special water shoes are very handy there ). I highly recommend to try some delicious Italian desserts in local Duci caffeteria place by the beach :) If you like to visit places I would recommend to book a trip to TEIDE NATIONAL PARK, with the amazing views on volcano and mountains, like out of this world :) LORO PARK is also nice place to spend the day out. It is also worth to take the local bus and visit Candelaria town with beautiful church and verity of shops and restaurants. Overall the experience was very pleasant and I would recommend to spend the holidays in this hotel :)
