“Fantastic holiday”
We stayed here at the start of march - from the beginning the staff were fantastic and really nice. The hotel was clean and lovely and the room amazing as were all the facilities. “Good and bad”
First day work going on from 8am, but when I complained, they gave us a new room, which was fine untill we were on the balcony one night, and some random person was able to access our room with a different key card, when i complained, the manager more or less said i hadn't closed the door correctly… more
