“A lovely and relaxing spa experience at Grand Hotel Bali.”
The session was a bit short, only one hour, but it was very enjoyable, beautiful, relaxing experience and a lovely way to unwind. especially when outside is cloudy. “Great but food was average”
The hotel in general was brilliant, clean rooms, staff are so kind and helpful, but to check in the queue was really big, and the process took a long time, the food was average, nothing special.
