We visited this hotel for the second time as a group of 7 during the first week of June on a full board basis. A great, comfortable base for exploring all of Benidorm. Only a few minutes walk to the Old Town and to the beach. A taxi all the way to the end of the New Town cost around €7 We were allocated room 702, facing the sea. Room was well appointed and everything worked well. Staff from when we arrived until we departed were friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was good, varied and really had everything to suit most tastes. Never an issue getting a sun-bed. Pool and hot tub, clean and quiet. We visited the spa at a cost of €10 and was very nice, with various water features/sauna and steamroom. A great Mercadona supermarket only a few minutes walk from the hotel - great for all your essentials at really great prices. A really smashing hotel and we have already booked to return next year!.

This was our first time staying at RH Victoria, and it certainly won't be our last. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking a large part of Benidorm and the sea, which made our stay even more special. The entire staff deserves recognition for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Everyone was genuinely friendly and contributed to a wonderful holiday experience. A special mention goes to Alain, one of the animators. What a great guy! Friendly, spontaneous, cheerful, and above all genuine. There is nothing fake about him—he is simply himself, and his positive energy is contagious. No matter the time of day, he was always smiling and making guests feel welcome. Animation is a role that is often underestimated, but Alain shows how much of an impact it can have on guests' enjoyment of their stay. We sincerely wish him every success in his future career and are confident that his authenticity, dedication, and enthusiasm will take him far. “Lazy house keeping.”

Stayed at the victoria for my wife's birthday but had same problem as the last time we stayed here, the sheets on the bed not changed . Asked the woman who had just been in our room , she said the sheets had been changed I said they had not but she insisted they had, I went down to reception and spoke to the manager and told him sheets not changed for 6 days, now I had photographic proof they were not changed.He apologised and said it would be sorted. New problem asked reception if we could have lunch instead of diner for my wife's birthday because we were having birthday diner out of the hotel ,they said no problem, but when we went to the restaurant and gave our room number the woman on the desk said we could not have lunch unless we paid for it ,we told her we were swapping diner for lunch but she would not have it and kept saying you pay.Told her reception said it was ok so she rang reception and then finally said ok ,when we told the manager he said I maybe it's because the restaurant would need to know how much food to cater for, very strange don't pay not enough food,pay enough food.

“Theft from Hotel”

Lovely hotel, very clean and very good choice of food. However someone was able to walk in off the street, knock on my bedroom staff saying he was checking air con so let him in. This person stole my bag with my purse and money. Security cameras could see this chap but did nothing to help other the… more

Lovely hotel, very clean and very good choice of food. However someone was able to walk in off the street, knock on my bedroom staff saying he was checking air con so let him in. This person stole my bag with my purse and money. Security cameras could see this chap but did nothing to help other then advise to get a taxi to police station. ! Tourist police station was not open until the Monday so had to go back. Manager advised that any staff would be in uniform with a name badge, that said I would not expect someone from the street to come to my room with no security in place to protect the people staying there. So with this in mind it ruined our holiday & left me thinking this man would come back but glad he never attacked us. My husband was in the room with me at the time and wheelchair bound. Lovely hotel, but security or least spyholes on the doors would be something! Speaking to other clients there someone experienced the same thing a few days later
