I actually really enjoyed this holiday and hotel. Especially the entertainment team, santi and Ali were so friendly and got so involved with everyone and their kids. Absolutely brillant hotel could not fault the lift was a bit of a nightmare on ocassion but we stayed in 2nd floor so used stairs instead Patricia was a absolute brillant member of staff along with the rest of the entertainment team the shows were brillant for adults n kids food was a bit repetitiv… more

OK so where to start GOOD location just behind strip 5 mins walk to beach - Hotel is ok clean staff on reception very rude the whole holiday room key never worked lifts was hit and miss - room was cleaned every day but one but I did have to keep telling cleaners!
