Whilst here I witnessed 5 people injure themselves on broken sunbeds, all shapes and sizes, young and old (sunbeds would crack and collapse under people) Having said this the rest of the hotel was lovely, couldnt fault another thing. Lovely hotel to stay in if only they would invest in some good quality sunbeds.

“Decent hotel in a great location!”

The hotel is not a 4* to me, but a decent 3*. We were all inclusive as it was a really good deal when we booked only about £70 each more than B&B so we did definitely get our money’s worth. The hotel is not a 4* to me, but a decent 3*. We were all inclusive as it was a really good deal when we booked only about £70 each more than B&B so we did definitely get our money’s worth. The food was good quality most of the time, but quite limited choice and a couple of nights felt repetitive. It was clean throughout, and staff were friendly. Drinks are limited on all inclusive, for a 4* I would expect at least a couple of basic cocktails included. Entertainment was so so, and very much geared to the older crowd, we only really saw it as we would have a drink in the bar after dinner before heading out. The hotel is clean, rooms are an ok size and reasonable facilities- didn’t see any of the little extra comforts you would normally see in a 4* hotel. No rooms I think have a ‘view’ as such, being benidorm and lots of high rise buildings, I wouldn’t really expect this though. We were top floor, overlooking Morgan’s and the noise wasn’t bad at all. Frustratingly though one of the lifts were off for 5 or our 7 days. Couldn’t really be helped but just long waits for lifts sometimes. Location is fantastic if you’re there for nightlife, right on the strip and only 2 streets back from the beach. I would stay here again, but not all inclusive.

This is the second time we have stayed here but the first as all inclusive. I'll do the negatives first. Food is OK but could do with being hotter, sometimes food was lukewarm at best. This is the second time we have stayed here but the first as all inclusive. I'll do the negatives first. Food is OK but could do with being hotter, sometimes food was lukewarm at best. Always find something you like. Breakfast was great apart from their idea of bacon. It was awful, not even Spanish bacon and still have no idea what it actually was. At lunchtime and dinner you got asked what you would like to drink, limited choice. Couldn't even have a coffee after dinner, which I like to do. No chance of a sunbed unless you are up before 8. Can't blame Germans as it was all British. Evening entertainment was in the most part very old fashioned. Music from 50s and 60s was the main music choice. Needs to be updated and play stuff from 70s onwards. Never heard a song from the last 20 years. Andrea was fantastic and tried her best. Quizzes where good fun. Rooms are a decent size, clean and lots of space for clothes and stuff. Excellent location at the end of the strip and when doors are shut it cuts the noise out very well. I used earplugs too. Bed a bit hard for me but everyone is different. Shower is awesome, walk in and a decent size. Cleaned every day. Would I stay here again? Yes. Great location, lovely rooms and good staff. Just please start using proper bacon and update the music.

Stayed here for the second time, this time on an all-inclusive basis, rather than the self catering option I used before. (See my previous review.) The pros: Ideally situated for the strip, close to all amenities, and even the beach. Clean and reasonably well maintained. Plenty of choice at meal times, with decent quality food. Quite quiet, even given the location, once your balcony doors are closed, although some earplugs would improve things even further. We found the staff all great, with a special mention for Andrea on the entertainment team, who was a delight when she was working. Maid service is daily, decent quality toiletries are supplied, and pool towels are available to borrow. The rooms are a good size, with plenty of hanging space and a great powerful shower. The niggles: These are annoyances. They may not annoy you, but they did us, hence their inclusion. Restaurant: This may seem a little picky, but this hotel caters mainly for British customers, and lots of people enjoy the cooked breakfast. The 'bacon' is some kind of inedible reconstituted ..... something, but not bacon, which is available in multiple bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Frequently, hot food wasn't as hot as we'd expect either, and these two things spoiled an otherwise decent dining experience. Some of the nightly entertainment. Me and the better half are both in our sixties, but repeatedly found a lot of the entertainment very old fashioned. Don't get me wrong, if you're an Elvis or Rock 'n' Roll oficionado, it'll be right up your street, but this stuff is just too old for most guests. Even 70 year olds would have been brought up on late 70's/80's music, and there was just repeatedly too much fifties and sixties music, which frequently saw guests either turn away on entering the bar, or simply leaving when the entertainment began. The aircon: We had the air conditioning remotely turned off overnight a couple of times during our stay, making a decent night's sleep quite difficult, with our room getting up to 25C on both nights. The hotel internally advertises aircon if temps get over 27C, but this isn't mentioned beforehand, and, the temperatures exceeded 27C on both of the days ours was turned off. If you're happy given the niggles, then I'd still possibly recommend this hotel, but, I don't think we'll return because of them.
