“Nice hotel, not the best experience”
We stayed here for an event and sadly 5 of us, and a child, got a sickness and diarrhoea bug. The check in process although was timely, information was not clear, we weren’t advised of breakfast times or pool towel system. Lack of signage when you arrive if where to check in, we went to wrong desk… more

“My stay”
I stayed in the Level in a grand suite. Room was amazing ,views lovely and heated pool perfect ! Colleagues are super nice and helpful . What has disappointed myself is initial response to ants in my room , on bed and along walls eventually it was dealt with however I did have to chase . No ants… more
