Palm court appts Basic 2 star self catering apps.  Seperate lounge, bedroom. Very small bathroom, couldn't swing a cat and definitely only room for 1 person at a time, but decent shower. No toiletries or hairdryer.  Cooking area with microwave, kettle and 2 ring hob  Towels changed and bed made once during our 5 night stay. Not bad Pool area with plenty of sunbeds but be warned pool VERY cold 😬 hotel bar serving ok food at reasonable prices (breakfast was spot on).  The best thing about the hotel is the location to the strip. Its a 5 minute walk but in a quiet area so best of both worlds. Staff really friendly. A stag party arrived on the Friday and we could hear everything they said through the walls which are very thin so if you're there over the weekend you may not get much sleep Would we stay again? maybe for a short break but not for a week or more. Overall a good experience and no issues

“Attractive apartments in benidorm”

Very nice self catering apartments in middle of benidorm. 5 mins from the beach and strip. 20.mins to the old town. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We ate at their little restaurant/cafe several times and it was good food Very cheap. Well looked after surroundings including pool and terrace.… more

“Basic Hotel”

Room smelled on arrival, like wet dog. Had to spray deodorant. The sofa bed had to be wrapped in several blankets as it was filthy and full of stains. Had to pay a €200 deposit on arrival due to stag and hen parties damaging rooms. This was on the Jet2 website prior to booking but I didn't book it… more

Room smelled on arrival, like wet dog. Had to spray deodorant. The sofa bed had to be wrapped in several blankets as it was filthy and full of stains. Had to pay a €200 deposit on arrival due to stag and hen parties damaging rooms. This was on the Jet2 website prior to booking but I didn't book it. Had I seen that, I would have avoided it. A couple with a child hardly seem the room trashing type. Even if you ripped out the kitchen, bathroom and living room before throwing them over the balcony, you'd probably still get half of your deposit back. To say it was self catering, there was a two burner hob and a microwave. If you were on a budget and wanted to cook a meal each day, you'd struggle to cook anything substantial. The location of the hotel was quite good. Just a few minutes walk from plenty of bars, and restaurants. The balcony faced a balcony of another hotel and was that close, you could have a conversation. No light privacy curtains so if you wanted privacy, you had to close the main curtain which then required you to put the light on as it made the room too dark. The landing lights stayed on all night and thanks to the huge gap at the bottom of the door, it illuminated half of the living room floor. The hotel next door had very loud outdoor entertainment which meant the balcony door had to be closed on a night. You finally got dome peace when it ended at 12pm but then other Palm Court guests were extremely noisy when returning at 1am or 2.30am. The staff on reception seemed friendly and they allowed packages to be delivered to the hotel for guests. Cheap hotel in a good location if you don't mind sweaty armpit/wet dog smells, eat out 100% of the time, get hammered until 2am and want a few bits delivered to the hotel to save expensive postage to the UK.

Lots of positives, also lots of negatives. Lovely breakfast that was included in the price served between 9-1.30pm. Brilliant if you have a late one and fancy a lie in. Great location, comfy bed. Lots of positives, also lots of negatives. Lovely breakfast that was included in the price served between 9-1.30pm. Brilliant if you have a late one and fancy a lie in. Great location, comfy bed. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated and cold in the evening, no toiletries or soap provided. Small balcony and a steep deposit on arrival of 200 euros. I feel the apartments could be better if they upgraded on the little things. Regardless it was still a lovely stay
