11 if us stayed here and shared two apartments between us rooms are large enough and had a good kitchen area. Building is very secure with a big high secure gate to get in. You get what you pay for! And to be fair we was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews! Apartment was clean and large enough for 5 of us!
