Our apartment was on the 10th floor, first building, 3rd lift - corner apartment. Spacious balcony with great views. Modern apartment - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, as well as washing machine. We really loved the apartment. As it is on the 10th floor, we didn’t have to turn the aircon on once, as the cooling breeze kept the apartment cool. Did I say the ocean/beach view is fantastic. Pool area is one of the best we have experienced. We travelled with small kids and young adults, and everyone adored the pools. Great “french” bakery next door, 5 mins walk to the nearest supermercado and pharmacy. 5 mins walk to the very nice Poniente beach. We stayed the last week of June 2022. Full score. Recommended!

“Great apartments”

Really pleased we booked these apartments. They were spotlessly clean. We had 2 bedrooms with really comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms (the overhead shower in the en-suite room was not great. But the handhold bit worked fine). Very well appointed with dishwasher, washing machine (a few washing power and dishwasher tablets were provided) plus a Nespresso coffee machine with 4 pods. Aircon worked really well. Had to put more money in the meter as we like it cold so the €10 left for us for 5 days wasn’t quite enough. We had a lovely big balcony overlooking the pool area. The pools are great. Could do with the pool bar being open earlier and a little later. On Sunday it wasn’t open until 12. And shuts most days at 6. Also not sure why you can’t take plastics cups to your sunbeds. Only helped to take water. And you’re not allowed to have your own food or drink. Also the pools are gated which is a little painful as the swipe system didn’t always work. Plus you had to wait for the lifeguard to turn up and take the fencing down for the main pool which he didn’t do on Sunday until gone 11. These are just small points. Overall the pool area is fab. With some lovely hot tubs. And a large gym overlooking it. The only couple of things I’d change is to fix the patio door in the bedroom. It wouldn’t lock at all. This didn’t worry us as the whole area felt very safe with gates to enter the complex. Plus they really do need umbrellas by the pool. Or one in the apartments to take down as lots of people did. There is only shade in 1 small area of the kids pool after midday. It has a supermarket a few mins walk away with lots of what you need and the beach is also only a few mins walk. It’s a good 30min walk to the old town. Plus another 10/15 to the main strip. We liked this though as we walk every day. Plus this area is more quieter with some nice places to eat. And you’re not far from the main areas if you want a walk. Or a taxi to the strip was €15. Definitely recommend these apartments with great communication before and whilst we were there with the company we booked through on booking.com. No issues with getting our deposit back the day before we left.
