Where do I start. Amazing hotel. Very clean. The breakfast was lovely. So much to choose. Even have breakfast carva. The bar was lovely clean and very reasonable prices. The bar area reminds me of being on a ship. The room we had 506. The view was ok. Looking forward you see the chemist and Irish bar look to the right you see shops and if you look to the left you see the sea. But the room it's self is amazing. Slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, pillow spray, foot cream, conditioner and so much more. When had a bottle of prosecco as well as fruit and water. Once you finished the water you could go by the lifts and refill with the water at the fountain. This hotel offers so much. So clean so fresh, reception was great so many on duty you never waited long. If I could possibly say anything bad is checking in is late it's 4 clock. But on a good note check out it's till 12 clock. So you can't have it both ways. Lifts can be a pain. This is due to so many bikes. Maybe spilt the lifts. But such a great stay. Calp was lovely.

We wee on the third floor as they had no higher rooms left Can’t fault this hotel. We had an early flight so could not make breakfast & the hotel made us complimentary breakfast boxes. House jeeeping was brilliant. And we also received complimentary drinks in the fridge. Great hotel. Great location. Great views

A fantastic hotel!! Great location. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Jenny and Valentina in the restaurant were super nice and took care of anything I needed. The food is excellent! The women who cleaned my room were fantastic. Once, I left my safe open in the room with all my money, jewelry and documents......Nothing was missing! Honest staff. The rooftop pool is exquisite. The downstairs pool is long enough to swim laps. It's right on the ocean, so you can easily go from the pool to the ocean. The gym is really good for a hotel gym. I had to get two massages: one from Remedio and the other from Gabriela. Both fantastic! They have a bicycle room where you can lock up your bike so you don't have to lug it up to your room! I would come back for sure.

“A four star hotel with many five stars qualities!”

We arrived at midnight and we were taken aback by how beautiful this hotel is. The entrance to the hotel is the back of the building (not the seafront) but there is an entrance open at the sea front during the day for access (7am - 11pm). Just be aware that the sign for the hotel is very high up above the entrance and it has ‘The Unusual Hotel’ printed on the glass. It’s the exact same hotel. Our receptionist was fantastic, gave us the documentation and then realised that our dedicated room was incorrect. It turns out this his colleague earlier in the day had given another couple our room by mistake but this was fixed by being given another sea view room which was later upgraded two days later to one of the best rooms in the hotel. We understand mistakes happen and felt we were compensated by the most amazing upgrade. We were also given free brownies (which tasted amazing!) and had many apologies but we really didn’t mind. The location is absolutely fantastic. The beach is metres away, loads of beautiful restaurants including Italian, tapas, bar and grill, sushi and more. There’s also a large supermarket under the hotel. You really don’t have to go far for shopping and food. There’s a 24 hour shop 7 mins walk from the hotel which was extremely useful when we arrived late at night. The bar also does sandwiches and food and drinks until 1am so if you arrive late you won’t be stuck. The rooms are like apartments, very spacious with a huge bed, sofa, chair, TV (which has a chrome cast built in so leave your casts at home) where you can stream Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. The upgraded room we were given had his and hers sinks plus loungers on the balcony too so I highly recommend upgrading for these as well as a beautiful view of the coast. There’s singers and entertainment on in the evenings with a fully stocked bar! The breakfast was to absolutely die for! Loads of options including a doughnut wall, fresh salmon, cereals, fruit, cooked foods and more! There are 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool (part of the spa). The main pool is external to the hotel so you can either go down to -2 in the lift and use the under passage or exit the hotel and use your room key card to gain access from the street. This is a 30 second walk away from the hotel entrance so not an issue in our eyes. This pool has many loungers, sun mattress beds and beds with canopies. There’s a spacious bar which serves food and drink. Food is served 1.30pm to 3.30pm which is excellent timing if you fill your boots with breakfast. You can also eat at the poolside without having to get dressed which we loved!! The other pool is rooftop and has a bar there too with an infinity pool. Both outdoor pools are cool and the indoor one is heated. We never had any issues getting loungers, nobody reserved them with towels (towels are provided free of charge by the hotel) and they have a strict policy of beds being left unattended for 20 mins or more will have items removed. This time limit doesn’t count if you’re in the pool. My partner and I booked this hotel on a whim, very last minute (two days before our flight) and are very glad we did. The weather was gorgeous, 20 degrees plus (still perfect for sunbathing 9am onwards) and we will be returning again later in the year. On our departure date, the hotel also organised a breakfast box (one each) which had water, juice, croissants, sandwiches, doughnuts etc as we had to leave at 5am. It’s a 4 star hotel but has many qualities of a 5 star! We can’t wait to return in August! ☀️
