If your getting a taxi make sure you say it's the village your going to and not the hotel. We arrived before the check in time to quite a cold response from the reception staff, they seemed to soften over the week . Not quite the Marriot Bonvoy welcome we are used to getting. We lay in the sun making use of the pool until 30 minutes after check in time when our room was ready. The villa had 1 room with two single beds pushed together and a sofa bed in the living room. It's compact and has everything you need in the kitchen. The cleaners came in daily. We didn't have a villa with a private pool so we used the communal pool ( there are a few) there supposed to open at a 10.30am but they opened later most days. We later discovered we could use our tickets for Terra Mitica we got for staying here and walk a few minutes and use the big pools and slides over there. The small supermarket on site is quite limited with basics so we went to Lidl and done some food shopping. The best bit about staying here was we had the facilities to make our own food and was a short distance to access Terra Mitica so we could come and go.

We stayed before Four Points purchased the hotel, when it was originally Grand Luxor Hotel. At the time of booking the resort wasn't available for booking through any major agents and so we booked direct, which was simple and easy. We stayed in a 3 bed villa with private pool. The accommodation was perfect size for a family. The kitchen was well equipped, although we purchased a cheap kettle from the supermarket for cups of tea and to make baby bottles. The bathrooms were a bit tired and the water from the bath / shower regularly flooded out into the hallway. The private pool was really shallow, which we hadn't originally realised, but was in fact perfect for our baby, we used the shared pools with our eldest when he wanted a proper swim. We liked that we could use the facilities in the hotel when we wanted some entertainment and use their pools too. Unlimited use of the theme park was fab when we wanted to keep the kids entertained.
