This is a beautiful Modern apartment Hotel In the centre of El Campello. A fully equipped apartment with full size fridge freezer and cooking facility's , with a spacious lounge and a good size double bedroom with built in wardrobe and personal Safe (which was not complicated to use) . Great size shower room with toilet and a full wall mirror. There was in our apartment a double balcony with sun loungers and table and chairs for that alfresco dining. The rooms themselves were spotless and are cleaned on a rota basis, so when checking in we were asked which time we wanted on the day our apartment was to be cleaned. The Gym was very spacious and booked in advance for an Hrs. time slot, open every day 08.00 -20.00. Next to that was a very modern laundry room with four banks of washing machines (which is and hr per load) with the dryers on top , you just supply the detergent, also in there where baggage lockers, these features where a great addition to an already high standard of accommodation. Finally the Pin/card room entry system they use worked effortlessly, with messages being sent to your phone if you are booking in after the front desk closes for the night giving you pin code access to the building and your apartment. Finally I would like to mention the staff , who where all a credit to this hotel and nothing was to much trouble. My wife and I will defiantly be using this hotel again for our visits to the area.

Lovely calm location, very neat and tidy. Everything was well explained via whatsapp. Lovely apartments. Cannot fault it at all and the kids loved it too.

Location is very good for the town and the beach, views from the 9th floor excellent Atmosphere average you come you go ,friendly people when using the lift not a lot to say The accommodation on entering seemed smaller than the pictures on the website nice balcony and solarium upstairs ,cooking facilities just ok for 2 . Can facilitate 6 people , if more people cooking would be very difficult . Electric hob only 2 cooking areas and a microwave /oven , not enough if accommodating 6 ,not very good for 2 ,so not sure that would work for any more guests. For the price we paid for 15 nights I would say it's overpriced, for the experience we had of the property. We had several cleans during our stay which was good .Staff friendly ,perfect. You can hear noises at times especially dogs that bark ,luckily it was not every day and that's not the fault of Ahoy its Spain For the price we paid we would expect a spot on apartment with top class facilities. Cooking area was far too small, kettle was too small ,and not enough pots and pans . Flooring was the cheapest laminate and had chipped off in one place not good if you were in bare feet. Also the odd bits of wear and tear/marks to walls and skirting boards ,nets didn't come up to the standard for the price. Tiles in both Toilet/shower areas were stained and didn't look nice when you expect it to be ,was cleaned several times during stay but probably now needs a deep clean or changing. TV was not working and did ask at the desk regarding it ,was supposed to have been fixed sadly not during our time .so no sattelite channels .Sofa not very comfortable as I believe it is also a bed, when 6 people stay Garage light when parking turns off far to quick and leaves you in pith black until you find the sensor If the price was not as high you would probably accept everything ,and I'm sure they have had a lot of people pass through the rooms ,but for that price bracket now you will expect perfect, and if facilities advertised and not available ,then you shouldn't be charged .

Location is good, close to the tram and beach front, markets and restaurants. The room was underwhelming as it was clear it was in need of some TLC. All the skirting boards were damaged. Marks all over the walls and doors. Walls hadn't been painted to finish. Patches along the tops and corners Marks on the sofa. Stained table on the terrace. Dirty wine glass in the cupboard. Rusty metal bin in the bathroom. The room did not meet the expectations the photos on the site had set and did not deserve the premium label or price
