Google Review Quite simply the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived and were greeted like friends with care and patience from the staff on reception this was a memorable stay. The bar staff are fabulous and courteous and help you with Spanish / English and when you get it right it’s “Perfecto”. They are super attentive and make sure no glasses or bottles are left on tables. They will even take your drinks to your seat. And the smile of everyone as well when you order a drink and ask for potato chips to the pool towels which are complimentary and given with a smile. The whole place is the cleanest I have experienced in another country and the room cleaning everyday is fabulous. Beds made beautifully, floors cleaned, bed pulled out. I cannot fault it. Breakfast is the most fabulous selection I have seen and there’s more than something for everyone and even a Gluten Free and Sugar Feee selection. Omelettes were cooked to perfection by the two ladies during our stay. Staff on the reception at the dining room were so friendly and caring. We didn’t go half board, however we will next time for sure. Take the idea of school dinner mush out of your mind and imagine, chilli, pizza, noodles, steak, chicken, fish, soup amongst a whole array of salads and paella with mini bowls of quinoa salads and meats. I sa le a member of staff showing care to residents who had meal requirements. Oh and they cork your wine for the next night too just like on a cruise. I didn’t know who the hotel management were as everyone here genuinely works together to make your stay memorable for the right reasons. This to me is a great sign! It would be unfair to name people as I cannot remember everyone. All staff need credit! My wife and I used the spa which needs to be experienced especially the jets and the shower stations. My wife also had a massage which she said was one of the best ever. The private beach with 2 loungers and a parasol are great value for the whole day. And to top it off they take your room number and names til they know you and post everything to your room. So no cash or cards on an evening! Minibar in room to store any water etc. Chilled water filter to fill carafe and take to your room. Evening entertainment was great and traditional. The Spain match was great as they provided flags and bracelets for everyone and complementary hummus and bread. The pools are ace too and are kept at the right temperature. Drinks are so reasonable at €6.17 for a beer bottle and a white wine (June 2026). This really is a hidden gem in the truest sense and there’s people from all over come here. Seriously get this place booked!

We stayed at Hotel RH Silene in Grao end of May 2026, and were told this was a great time, just the last week before the mail season. Having said that the whole area seems to be a hidden gem, and never too busy, even in the high season. The beaches near the hotel are brillant. During our stay we also took public transport into Castello center and Valencia, which was worthwile and very convenient, no rental car was needed. The hotel rooms were great, albeit the family room (we had balcony with seaview) was a bit small with two double beds tucked next to each other. Next time, I might try to book the biggest room available. Also I found the queen size bed too small, but my wife said that is the standard size and we used to have one of those, I just don't remember that anymore :-) We had booked full-board, which I would highly recommend. In fact, I don't think I ever had such great food in a hotel. Salads, fruit, even a corner with sugar-free sweets, vegetable was amazing, but the grill with the chefs Miriam, Ursula and Toni - the man! - were absolutely fantastic, going out of their way to prepare your chosen fish or meat right in front of you. I am still flabbergasted by the quality I was lucky to experience there! Above, it was the people that made our stay so great at this hotel. In fact, our son is disabled and was treated with the utmost kindness all throughout our stay, including at the 2 outside swimming pools. Although there are no specific activities for kids, our kids aged 10 and 12 had to most fun during our stay and nothing was missing. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and thank the entire staff for a wonderful week. I hope we can return.

“5 day stay”

Great hotel, very clean. The comfort room was excellent eith easy access. Staff excellent especially Carmen in the bar area who was always pleasant and attentive.

Great location, walking distance from DZ and beach. Amazing variety of very good quality food. Great drinks at the bar. Super friendly staff all over the hotel. Super good spa and wellness to recharge batteries. Spacious and clean rooms. A place that feels like home!
