“Great time”
Beautiful resort, great views of Arenal when the clouds are gone. The springs are warm, not hot, but still felt great. Highly recommend

“Perfect gateway to the Arenal area.”

“Mediocal experience”
The resort is very beautiful, however, going to the thermal pool was quite challenging for the 4 of us, the pathway were not lighted, including the pool itself, we were there in the evening, it was difficult walking up & down, we are in our seventies, trying to avoid missing the steps & falling, th… more

“Coffee in lobby”
Unfortunately, the weather was terrible the entire time, but I know that is uncontrollable. My only complaint is that in the morning there is no coffee available in the main lobby. That would be my only suggestion.
