I cannot tell enough how much I enjoyed my stay at Le Méridien Khao Lak Resort & Spa. To be honest, upon arrival, I thought it looked like a standard, nice hotel, but I couldn't have been more wrong. With every passing hour, I found myself falling more in love with the place. The Staff truly are brilliant. I have never encountered such a consistently polite, caring, and organized group of people. While every single staff member deserves praise, I’ve got few name in my mind: • Pat (Front Desk): Incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to upgrade our room, which started our trip on a high note. • Tum: Handled our luggage with such care and a welcoming smile, such a polite guy • Ing (The Nest restaurant): like every other members of staff she was warmhearted and kind, provided impeccable service and even surprised us with "goodbye drinks" on our final night. • The Beach Grill Team: We were served twice by a wonderful young woman whose name I unfortunately missed, but her honesty and kindness left a lasting impression. And again every single members of staff, thank to all The cleanliness here is world-class. Our linens and towels were replaced daily, and the entire property felt fresh and well-maintained. Coming from a previous experience in Turkey that didn't quite hit the mark, Le Méridien was a breath of fresh air. The flexibility of the dining plan was a highlight. We loved having the choice between the massive variety at The Nest buffet or the sophisticated three-course meals at the specialty restaurants. We went back to the Beach Grill twice because the food was simply delicious. The Beach was pristine, quiet, and perfectly kept, with available water sport and free one hour access every day kept us active and entertained without any hidden costs The Spa team also deserves a special mention; they were so professional and provided an experience that became one of our favorite memories of the trip. It’s rare to find a place that feels this professional yet so warm and personal. If you are looking for a place where you are treated like family rather than just a room number, this is it. We left with heavy hearts but wonderful memories.

Recently got back from a holiday in this wonderful place. The hotel is right on the beach and is clean and tidy, rooms are spacious, pools and grounds are constantly being manicured and the food is delicious and different every day. There is an ice cream parlour that makes fantastic milk shakes and also barbecue and beach bar. Very friendly and no hard selling from the people on the beach. The spa treatment on the beach are very good and so cheap, you gotta try it. Big shout out to the staff, very friendly and helpful. Too many to name them all but must say Thanks to Kwan, Muna, Htoo honey and Top, they are the ones that made the whole holiday fun and memorable. we will be back for sure. Thx again

Just returned from paradise and missing it already. Our first ever visit to Thailand and came with my sister and brother in law . Upgraded to swim up rooms on arrival which were absolutely fabulous. Rooms spotless with tea/coffee/ gowns/slippers/flip-flops/lots of bottles of water and excellent toiletries including mouthwash, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor,shaving gel,moisturiser, comb,nail file and I'm sure more that I can't remember. Restaurants all spotless and food freshly cooked, hot and such great choice. Different theme in buffet each night but if it's nothing you fancy there is the option of the grill or pizzeria which were equally as tasty. Staff were so courteous and respectful and always greeted you as you passed them . Got free shuttle bus to the night market and also to Takua Pa last Sunday which were both great. Hotel a little way out but that suited us because we did quite a few trips and therefore wanted to stay and relax in the hotel in between. I honestly can't say enough about the amazing staff from the restaurants to the bars and the spa ( which I visited 3 times) they were the icing on the cake. If I had to say 1 small niggle it's that I drink either amaretto or baileys and neither were on the all inclusive which was a shame but I enjoyed a good few cocktails. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we will definitely be back.
