“No elevator!!!”
No elevators! I was in Shock! We reserved 2 suits and they were 2 floors apart! We had to use stairs that had no light! We had 2 small kids that felt scared to walk stairs in the dark! I would expect from a hotel that charges over $500 a night to have an elevator!!!
