We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff is very helpful and professional. We would especially like to thank Noom for their kindness and availability. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel itself (room/grounds) very clean and quite nice. It’s in a great location, accessible to everything. You don’t hear any noise from the nearby nightclubs in the rooms, and airplane traffic is minimal. (Guess what, if you book at the end of a runway, you’re going to hear planes. Seems like a shocking concept for some people on here) Staff…… Front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this is where it ends! Bar staff are generally annoyed with your presence, and heaven forbid you ask for a beer while they are scrolling on their phones!! If you are not an influencer or buying the minimum spend sun beds, you are an inconvenience! In 5 days, we were asked if we wanted anything ONCE! And that was only after I dared to buy a spring roll from the beach, and keep it on my Sun bed, to eat later. I was quickly told “no outside food or drink” (fair enough). The offensive spring roll went in my bag. A few hours later, I got my spring roll out, to bring down to the beach as to not disobey the no outside food and drinks rule. Literally walking from my sunbed, to the stairs, 3 of them surrounded me “no outside food or drinks!”. Yes, you made your point perfectly clear a few hours ago, but I can’t very well fly! This is what had to happen, to promt one of them to ask if we would like to order anything. Not sitting there with a case of beer, or a Buffett of food. A simple snack, bought on the beach, that was NOT being consumed on their property. I’d say a little understanding and common sense would help in this situation, but after the previous 5 days experience, it comes down to basic customer service. Something, outside of the reception staff, is severely missing. Unfortunately there is no need for it, since all tipping is an automatic service charge, irregardless of their level of customer service. Hilton would do well to re-evaluate this hotel in particular, and how they treat diamond/diamond preferred members.
