This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. But for the first time since the pandemic. Its main advantage is access to the private beach of Chaweng Noi and the infrastructure of the First family hotels. The hotel itself consists of several buildings with an average pool. The room has everything you need to relax. Because the hotel had just opened, there were only a couple of guests, breakfast, which was included, was served to us personally or in the room or on the terrace of the floor. Everything is delicious and quite varied. Checked in earlier without additional charges and discharged later without additional charges. I really don't want to write anything bad about this hotel. The staff works very hard and it shows. During the pandemic, the entire infrastructure of Koh Samui was badly damaged. They just recently opened. Access to the beach by the bridge (this is the only way to get there) was permanently closed. I had to ask the front desk to open it every time. Or go through First Boongalo and prove that you are on the same network. The pool is not cleaned, because there are no guests. Rooms are a bit old. They tried to freshen up, painted, but it does not help, because the furniture is the same ancient and plumbing too. Everything leaks and looks unreliable. Especially need to change all bedding. Very old pillowcases, bedspreads stained and stained. Loud air conditioning, in which it is difficult to set the temperature, but after a while you get used to the noise.
