I have spent the xmas-new year holiday in Pavilion Residence, a complex of 5 private villas next to the Pavilion Hotel. Amazing experience in the 2 bedrooms villa. The outside area is just so beautiful, with a wide open chicken, sitting space everywhere, a swimming pool with waterfalls and jacuzzi, and a bathtub and rain shower into the pool itself. Never seen before. The inside is well cured. I was here with my family, but i imagine that 2 couples can have great time and great privacy, as the bedrooms are far from each other and with good isolation. It has all the amenities you can desire, apple computer, tv with satellite, movie box with 100's of movies loaded, 3D with glasses, all kind of accessories in the bath, in the room and in house (from cape to bath slippers, swimming pool slippers, safe, bar corner with nespresso machine, umbrellas, 2 jacuzzi's, rain shower, led shower, 3 big fridges, you name it...) Staff very friendly, a team of several people came every day for a complete cleanup of the villa. 50 mt distance from the beach, you can access it from a private hallway. The restaurant of Pavilion is very good, as well as the bar. Located in the centre of Lamai, still relaxing due to perfect noise isolation, very private with high wall all around the garden. The day before departure we had a pretty serious problem in the villa, but the manager of the hotel came personally to take the control of the operations till everything was rearranged in a satisfactory way. I wanna personally thank mr Nirun and his staff: fantastic holiday!

This establishment has lasted decades despite the considerable competition with many new hotels in Lamai Beach. The success factors are the thoughtful attention to detail, the charming residences with beautiful woodwork and the private beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa in a double storey complex. We had a very relaxing comfortable stay. The patio dining area by the pool in our villa was an excellent idea though there were no plates and insufficient forks. The buffet breakfast was not extensive but we enjoyed the banana prata (Indian pancake). The man cooking this and the eggs and porridge early in the mornings was surly and almost bordering on rude. Besides these minor irritations, we had a good holiday.

“Relaxing drink ”

Excellent location with drink or ice cream, one cone sobert cost TB90, not sure reasonable or not, delivery service on beach chair price inclusive 17% Hotel given free welcome drink here, perfect! Doggie is free walking on beach.
