I had a great time at this hotel. The view is gorgeous and the room is very clean. Every staff member is so nice and lovely. Also, big thanks to K.Boss! He was super helpful and kind to us. We really loved our stay here!

The room was nice, with a great view. It was quiet and private, and the service was excellent! We were greeted and taken care of by Khun Boss, who was excellent. Khun Nid at the reception was also very nice and friendly We are highly recommended ✅ nice for chill ☺️

I rarely leave negative reviews, especially for a hotel group I’ve previously had very positive experiences with, which is why this stay was so disappointing. The staff themselves were genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Reception were excellent, and the room was beautiful. The real issue here is management, operational standards, and the overall food and beverage experience. We had stayed at another Centara property the night before, and the difference in professionalism and quality was enormous. This simply is not the Centara standard I’m used to. Out of the four restaurants advertised, only one was open during our stay. The food quality was extremely poor, tasted cheap, and did not justify the pricing in any way. I fully understand island pricing is naturally higher, but charging around 400 baht for very average Thai food might be acceptable if the quality matched — unfortunately, it didn’t. It felt like five-star pricing for two-star food. One evening after heavy rain, the restaurant left all the windows open and the dining area became filled with mang mao (flying termites). Insects were landing in guests’ food, including ours, and staff made very little effort to deal with the situation. For a dining bill close to 5,000 baht, this was completely unacceptable. What made this even more frustrating was that we ended up eating at the neighbouring Saii resort several times. The prices were very similar, yet the quality, presentation, and service there were on a completely different level. The resort also felt almost empty during our stay, which may explain some low-season cost-saving measures. However, reducing services and standards whilst still charging guests full five-star prices is simply not acceptable. There is potential here because the staff are trying their best and the property itself is beautiful. But without major improvements in management, food quality, and operational consistency, I would not return.
