“Spacious hotel in great location”

We stayed here for three nights in a Studio Room with Terrace. The room was huge and the air con worked well. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked cute and the front desk had towels you could use. The staff were the most unfriendly bunch we encountered in Thailand but it didn’t really affect our stay. There is a coffee shop downstairs which does great coffee and cakes. You get 10% when staying at the hotel. The free breakfast also comes from the coffee shop. It’s a hot coffee or tea and a plain croissant with boiled egg. They were very rigid about the drinks and won’t let you have an iced coffee instead which I think is very stingy when it’s 35 degrees outside. The hotel is in a great location. It’s about 5 minutes walk from the heart of Old Town and there is a mall directly across the road which has a TOPS grocery store and a huge Eve and Boy (among other things!). There is also a small 7-Eleven 1 minute walk away.

We stayed at this hotel for a total of four nights—three nights in a studio with a terrace, followed by one night in a deluxe twin room after spending a night on one of the islands. The deluxe room appeared to be more recently renovated, featuring a nicer bathroom. However, we definitely preferred the spaciousness and outdoor balcony with a pool view in the studio room. The hotel is well located, just a short walk from Phuket Old Town, with several good restaurants nearby, as well as a shopping mall and a 7-Eleven. If your visit happens to fall over a weekend, don’t miss the Sunday market in the Old Town. You can access it via the park entrance right next to the hotel and enjoy a variety of traditional, inexpensive street food. The pool and surrounding area were lovely, with towels provided by the hotel. We didn’t get the chance to try the coffee shop in the lobby, despite the 10% discount, but it always smelled amazing, with fresh pastries baked each morning. Unfortunately, we were disturbed by some very loud guests in the hallway early in the morning on a couple of days. While this was beyond the hotel’s control, it did affect our sleep. The hotel staff were generally fine, but not quite as warm or attentive as we had experienced in other hotels across Southeast Asia. Overall, the hotel was good value for money, especially considering that many other options in Phuket were significantly more expensive. I would highly recommend staying in the Old Town if you're on a couples' trip or travelling with friends who aren't interested in the party scene. The other main area where tourists tend to stay is Patong, but we were glad we chose Old Town—Patong seemed quite dingy in comparison, lacking the historic charm and culture of this area.

“Good...but does make promises it doesn't live up to”

Good but doesn't deliver all it advertises. On Booking it says free airport shuttle but that's a lie. Another web site says there is both an indoor and outdoor pool...lovely pool but only outdoor. Good wizi in the lobby but did not work in my room (302). Some deferred maintenance...balcony rail… more

Good but doesn't deliver all it advertises. On Booking it says free airport shuttle but that's a lie. Another web site says there is both an indoor and outdoor pool...lovely pool but only outdoor. Good wizi in the lobby but did not work in my room (302). Some deferred maintenance...balcony railing was rotten, elevator flooring is worn through. But other wise a really good stay for three days. TV works fine...hot water....good AC...good maid service...massage place next door...staff is so gracious. Enjoy!

“Good location for Old Town and reasonable price”

The room was large and spacious and overlooked the pool with a large balcony. The hotel itself is looking a little tired. But the price, location and size of room compensated for that. The room was large and spacious and overlooked the pool with a large balcony. The hotel itself is looking a little tired. But the price, location and size of room compensated for that. We did only have one towel hook which was annoying. Breakfast was a coffee which was amazing, croissant and two boiled egg. Conveniently located to Old Town and several eateries nearby.

“Stay for location and sheltered car park ”

We stay here every time we're in phuket town as it is conveniently located to a few of our favourite eateries. The room is spacious even though it's a little tired. Love that there's a pool too. The chambermaids are friendly and kind but I can't say the same for the front office staff. But we will … more

We stay here every time we're in phuket town as it is conveniently located to a few of our favourite eateries. The room is spacious even though it's a little tired. Love that there's a pool too. The chambermaids are friendly and kind but I can't say the same for the front office staff. But we will still stay here as their car park is sheltered, they provide beach towels and it's walking distance to our favourite roti place.
