“Great service and we weren't even guests”
We went into the hostel to exchange dollars and the owner gave us an excellent rate. Then we asked the owner about booking the Simon star show and he called the show and got the info for us and booked the show for us for 600 baht when the show rate was 900 baht. “Perfect”
Stayed at Gotum 2 for two nights with three of my friends. Paid for a mixed bed dorm room with shared bathroom and when we checked in we got our own private room with own bathroom which is perfect. “Great location and service!”
We just spent one night there during vegetarian festival. The owner was super helpful, even before our arrival we didn't have to wait long for his replies to all our questions and concerns. The room had no window, it was clean, but it smelt a bit weird tough. The hostel also offers exchange service… more

“Loved it”
Evening staff have very little English but everything else was perfect! Gotum himself is so friendly and so helpful! Beautiful town and very cheap buses to chalong bay and patong beach! Loved every minute of it 😊

“Nice place in great location”
Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location if you're staying in Phuket town. The Sunday night market is right outside the front of the hostel. The rooms are clean and air con works well. Good wifi too.
