Excellent resort with a beautiful pool area, including direct pool access from some of the rooms. We stayed here as a family and saw multiple rooms—each was well-maintained, cleaned daily by friendly staff, and up to a great standard. The showers were fantastic, and the hot tub was a great touch. The reception team was welcoming and quick to help with any small requests. They happily provided mattress toppers and arranged additional cleaning in the bathroom when we asked. Before arriving, we were a little concerned due to some negative reviews about animals on the property. However, the peacocks and cranes turned out to be a real highlight, adding to the resort’s charm. The gardens and wildlife made this a fantastic spot for birdwatching. Plus, the hotel staff kept the decking and sun areas spotless throughout the day, so we didn’t experience any of the mess mentioned in other reviews. Our only suggestion would be improved pool access—perhaps adding steps to make it easier for older guests. We’ve already rebooked and highly recommend a stay! ⸻

I can confirm 2 things that are mentioned by a lot of people: - bed is horrible everything hurts after sleeping on them, it is like sleeping on the floor, really the worst I have ever slept on in my life - cleaning is horrible, I think the balcony has been cleaned like 2 months ago, the sink is clogged, the mirrors are not cleaned (see photo), and I did not dare to watch the bathroom closely regarding cleanliness I would like to add: - some of the staff (eg. The cleaning ladies, and one receptionist) is nice, while others are not at all - there is always, day and night an ongoing noise (a washing machine like noise) in the room, which made it almost impossible to sleep, I had to change room bc of this, and got a new one which had less of this noise but still was heardable with an earplug - this relates to 2nd floor DELUXE rooms! So noise pollution is really a thing here, if you want to relax your nervous system this might not be the place because it is very annoying. I did not leave because if paid in advance and did not want to move again. - rooms are more or less well equipped but some of the stuff does not work for example the kettle had connection problems, and there are few missing necessities like clothes hanger for swimsuit, hand soap, normal lamp on the balcony to be able to read in the dark, beach towels Plus: - animals - restaurant is reasonably priced and food is good - swimming pool is quite clean - garden is beautifully taken care of
