The hotel offers nice, tidy rooms with 'no-frills' service for reasonable price. The only critique is that thai staff almost does not speak english at all (even compared to street sellers). But the owner of the hotel who is a native Italian does help to overcome communication barrier and made our stay much more comfortable.

“Clean, quiet and relaxed stay”

Verry clean, and when I say clean it means that if you drop your food on the floor you can eat it without having any health issues. The bedsheets are changed everyday,the towels the same,bathroom sparkling clean. The staff is verry user friendly and the owner is involved all the way in the daily op… more

Verry clean, and when I say clean it means that if you drop your food on the floor you can eat it without having any health issues. The bedsheets are changed everyday,the towels the same,bathroom sparkling clean. The staff is verry user friendly and the owner is involved all the way in the daily operations. To stay here was hussle free experience . We will ne back in June 2017 for a month.

This is a budget hotel. In this price range, I visited many different ones and I believe that this was the cleanest one I visited. The bed and rooms were very clean and daily visits for room cleaning (throughout the 6 days I was there) were consistent. The tv was not an old one either. The downside: - Combined toilet and shower could be cleaner - Internet kept disconnecting for which you would have to tell the reception to reset the router which fixes it. The problem was our room didn't have a phone. I noted it to the reception 3 days in and they said they'd bring one in so I don't have to keep going down, but they forgot and apologized. - Got there 3 hours earlier and they couldn't accomodate an early check in. Given the price of the hotel, I think it's pretty clean and in a great location.

Moved here from another hotel, very glad we did, good price as high season , Hard Rock cafe opposite, too expensive for what it is, very happy with the hotel, nice owner, Italian guy, very nice and helpfull, its off the main street, lots of night life alongside and opposite, nice little B&B and caf… more

Moved here from another hotel, very glad we did, good price as high season , Hard Rock cafe opposite, too expensive for what it is, very happy with the hotel, nice owner, Italian guy, very nice and helpfull, its off the main street, lots of night life alongside and opposite, nice little B&B and cafe next to hotel where you can have a lovely fresh cooked meal, you get fed up walking up and down Bangla road each night, watch out if on motorbikes, the Thai police love stopping them and fining you for anything they can think off at the end of the month, ( they have run out of wages) last year in Pattaya they were fixing the traffic lights, so as you approached on green, they changed straight to red, and pulled cars and bikes in and on the spot fine, they had cut out the amber, i love Thailand but every time i visit i see a new scam,
