This is definitely a 4 star resort (I’m glad to say!). The food is very nice in all the restaurants. Great mix of international / Thai. The stone baked pizzas are very nice! Good range of drinks on all inclusive. Lots of choice at breakfast. Very chilled atmosphere. The staff are very nice and will try and help you. The pool is clean and very big but warm (can’t really cool off this time of year). Deluxe room is very big but very small tv. Paint work needs attention and lots of black mould in shower area also needs attention. Bed was too hard for us but a nice big bed. Sometimes they have a DJ or live band but apart from that there isn’t any entertainment. The location is good with 7/11 down the road and some other shops.

The resort is situated on the lovely Bang Tao beach at the time of our stay there was a warning to be careful of jellyfish and a short walk along the beach you could see why, there were enough washed up dead ones to keep me out of the water. I had a swim up room and it was massive, 2 rooms really, separated by a divider and a lounger/sofa, so the room could have slept 5 adults very comfortably. The room was cleaned every day but here is a little gripe, even when i left my room at 07.00 and left the make up room sign on, the room was always cleaned towards the end of the day, so there was never enough towels left for the cleaner to leave a full compliment, but it was not a big deal. I was all inclusive and the food was more than adequate Breakfast the normal choices of a buffet and a very nice omelette making station. Lunch, was very quiet always a soup a small selection of warm usually a western chicken, pork, fish or beef(2 out of the 4) every day, salads, breads and deserts. Dinner, you could chose to pay for the ala carte menu(AI guests are given 1 voucher per week) or again chose from the small selection again provided and kept hot under cloches or there was a small cart every night making pasta and a frying some meat. During the day at the pool bar there were snacks available ranging from spring rolls to chicken skewers, a small selection of sandwiches and cakes, I had the nuggets and chips a couple of times and again there was a small menu to order pizza, Khoa Pad and a few other things for a price. The staff at the hotel, everyone from the boss "Murphy" to the groundsmen are amazing, so friendly when ever you walk anywhere there is always a huge smile and a 'Sawàtdii, nothing is too much trouble for them. I spent most of my evenings(all of them) in the beach bar and the staff there go above and beyond to be kind and professional, special mention here goes to Mikey, Guy, Joy for making our experience even greater. Earn is the absolute star of the waiting/server staff he is so full of energy I don't know where he gets it all from, he lights up the whole night with his "How are you?" to his sashaying around he really is a joy to behold. We were lucky enough to stay there during Songkran, Thai new year, this was a great spectacle, you get very wet as people throw water everywhere, there was a parade of staff members all the way from the boss down to waiters , just being splashed by all the guests.

“Best beachfront resort in Phuket”

It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staffs was very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is Family-friendly, lots of kids’ facilities. Bali vibes beach club with sensational food. Recommended!!!
