“Amazing stay”

“Appreciation Letter to Hong”
Very great hotel with beautiful view. Service was excellent, especially a big appreciation to Hong, she was being very patient and nice while we were having breakfast. Helped us many times and always showed her care and profession. Always have a very nice smile on her face. Great experience

“Good service”
Great service in Panorama lounge. Yummy food,good beverages. Platinum member can access for happy hour:5pm-6.30pm . You can enjoy happy hour with the beautiful sunset.

“A relaxing experience”

“Good value for money where you won’t feel overcrowded (vs other Phuket places)”
Good value for money hotel. A bit old, still have lots of benefits: 1) big territory = not overcrowded; 2) very close to the beach which again is not overcrowded vs other parts of Karon; 3) nice varied breakfast; 4) pools are good; 5) beds are comfortable.
