Wonderful hotel in the city center. Excellent communication, nearby attractions, market, shops. staff very nice and helpful (PLA, POPPY, AU). rooms neat and spacious. We definitely recommend!

“Great place to stay in Phuket Old Town”

Nice Hotel, Stayed for 6 nights in November '25. From the beginning everything was great, this isn't a luxury Hotel but is a friendly, nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. It's location is great for Phuket old town and not bad for exploring the island by some kind of transport. But beware, the traffic in Phuket is a killer and that's coming from someone who battles London traffic daily. But you can't hold that against the hotel. There is a local bus service from the hotel that runs around the city for a nominal cost during the day. It seems good value but in truth we didn't use it. But the cost was much cheaper than cabs, (Grabs and Bolts), that we used. The reception staff were friendly and helpful always available with a big Thai smile and helpful when we needed pointing in the right direction. One thing we stumbled upon was that "beach" towels are available free from reception for any trips you take, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were a good size and although we generally use rooms for sleeping and getting changed, these rooms were comfortable to spend time in if you needed to without bumping into each other or your luggage. The bed was huge, only beaten by the one in a room I stayed in, in America. It was also really really comfortable with lovely bedding to match. The air conditioning (although when I awoke seemed quite loud), worked well and generally you didn't notice it running. The bathroom was well appointed and pleasantly functional. With the necessary toiletries and towels. Breakfast And the Bar, breakfast was quite a large affair and although we always found enough to eat, some may struggle as there were quite limited options of western food, but let's face it, you've come to Thailand, we should really eat as a Thai would eat. All in all, breakfast is well done, with the normal Thai smiles and politeness, the staff are very pleasant throughout. The reason I've commented on both breakfast and Bar together is that for 2 of the days breakfast was served on the rooftop bar area, which was really nice, you got great breakfast whilst looking out over the city and sea, what's not to like, Well done 👍🏼 We only used the bar on the roof for it's intended purpose once on our last night, having drinks overlooking the city which was really very pleasant and virtually unused. The foyer bar we only used once also but is a very pleasant place to spend sometime and on some of the nights there was a pretty good lounge singer present which again only added to the atmosphere. Checking out was an easy process which did not present any issues. All in all a great hotel if you want to stay near the old town, walking to the night market took around 10 minutes wandering along avoiding getting run over. Thank you for a lovely stay

“Average but good for the old town”

Easy check in . Big hotel but dated rooms and a pool area that could be so much better . Shower was poor but room was very clean . Did not eat here as it’s right near the old town which is great . It’s an hour by taxi to the night markets and the airport which was a surprise . Overall ok but don’… more
