I highly recommend Thanyapura Phuket as a holiday destination for anyone who wants to relax, escape city life, and take a break from stress. The resort offers excellent sports facilities, including Olympic-standard swimming pools, tennis courts, football fields, yoga, Zumba, spinning classes, and many other fitness activities. The Divine restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. The breakfast buffet has plenty of Asian and European choices to suit different tastes. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful natural forest, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything you need is available within the resort, so you don't need to go anywhere else during your stay.

I went there for trying new food and the restaurant I've never been in my area. Since I arrived til I left was very lovely. Ambience was very and staff always smile, one special that can't miss to mention is Pare. She really care about my food preference. Tips! Try beef burger at Divine restaurant

“Verbal Promises Reversed at Checkout — Be Careful”

We stayed at Thanyapura for 6 nights — the sports coaching is genuinely good. However, our checkout experience was very disappointing. My friend and I booked separately for the same trip; her room was upgraded to a Deluxe Room at no cost, while we paid nearly 20,000 THB more for the same room over the same period, despite emailing in advance to ask about discounts. As compensation, front desk staff and a duty manager verbally confirmed that we could use any type of massage for our remaining stay, including two treatments we had already pre-booked. Based on this, we went ahead with the treatments. At checkout, we were told this was never confirmed and that the complimentary offer was limited to Thai massages only — resulting in a 4,000+ THB charge. Even though we had all our luggage already checked in at the hotel and a car waiting, staff wouldn't let us leave to resolve this later; we ended up paying under pressure. Verbal confirmations that get reversed at checkout, with no written record kept, is a real gap in how this was handled — whether it came down to poor English communication or staff simply not standing by what was said, it was not handled professionally. We reached out to management afterward but have not received a response.
