Dont let the hotels location put you off. It is perfectly located to access both the town and the beach. The hotel has a lift down to the beach/ front level and reception level puts you on the town centre levels for shops and bars. Lovely place. But avoid 6th floor as you have restaurant above with chairs scraping on floor all through opening times.
