Just come home from a fantastic 10 days here and can honestly say we had the best time , it was out of season still so slides and snack bars were not open ( would of liked to know that before I booked ) however we met some great people here bio is so talented and amazing with kids and truly made our holiday , slimfast and rico were fab too and the 3 of them ensured entertainment was spot on day and night , yassine and the restaurant staff were fantastic and the food although sometimes was very much the same was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the housekeeping was spot on everyday , remi and the bar staff were great fun and kept our drinks flowing (always a bonus ) location as others have said is 3 hrs from airport so that was a drag and not much around the hotel unless u like walking miles , thank u nour palace staff we made some treasured memories on this holiday as well as some friends for life 🙏

The hotel provided excellent service from cleanliness of rooms to availability of food types and a warm welcome .A big heartfelt thankyou to Maitre D' Amine who went above and beyond with such professionalism and real dedication.To the Chefs who served vegetarian food to order ,all at no extra cost .All staff tried to accommodate guests and make our stay enjoyable .Price was extremely affordable for the 15 nights we stayed and had the choice of indoor and outdoor pool.

the best care we have experienced in a hotel. we were here with our family and we really enjoyed our stay. the hotel has its years, but it is still maintained and the restaurant and staff service was exceptional. We would definitely like to visit again

Nour Palace Thalasso and Spa/Loveholidays We have just returned from 10 day stay at this hotel. We are a party of 11 (7 adults and 4 children). We have stayed at many all inclusive holidays worldwide and aren’t one of life’s moaners as we have had good and bad holidays but it’s what you make it. That being said, I felt it right to comment for other holiday goers looking to come to this hotel. Firstly, it was a cheap all inclusive holiday and we chose the cheaper option of going from a airport further away but stupidly forgot to check transfer times until we had booked it that it was a three hour (private transfer)/four hour (coach) transfer from Carthage airport to the hotel. It made a lot of difference on price and you can see why, so be aware. We booked this hotel because last year we went to Hammamet but we thought we’d go somewhere with more for the kids to do hence the water park and bowling so we suffered the long transfers with this in mind. Both of these are shut and the animation team don’t do much during the day with kids. Probably different when hotel at full capacity but at 9.45pm music goes off and no other entertainment happens. It’s as though they don’t want you to stay up and drink as it’s dead by 10pm. Kids club is shut as apparently it’s all out of season. I did complain to Loveholidays who said it’s stated in their t&cs that certain activities are closed various months of the year. It should be made clear on each hotel what and when their facilities are open from. It currently isn’t clear. We were told the water slides do not open until June. We would have gone somewhere else as there was cheaper alternatives closer to airports but with less activities for the children. The hotel itself is lovely. Lots of people moaning it’s not 5 star. It’s not comparing it to worldwide standards but for Tunisia it is. Most of the staff are lovely and helpful. Yasmin the waiter in the restaurant is absolutely brilliant! All of the waiters and crepe/omelette cook is extremely helpful. I have asked the head chef several times for them to fry some eggs at dinner time for my fussy vegetarian kids but they didn’t seem too happy as there was other vegetarian food about which they don’t eat but they did do it. There is plenty of food to choose from if you’re a meat eater, although repetitive. The pool is great and the beach entrance is lovely. Obviously there is people trying to sell you stuff all the time when you go out or to the beach but that is renown for these countries. Although I didn’t like the guy on the moped on the beach who opened his seat to find he has a hawk bird inside. Come let’s take photo. No thanks. Cruel! We had 3 of 11 people fall ill with food poisoning at the start of our holiday here. My son fell ill on day two, after lunchtime, and was violently sick and had diarrhoea for 2 days but couldn’t eat throughout or for the following day. He has stomach cramps from the violent vomiting. Two days later, I persuaded my son to come to breakfast to try and eat something as I was very worried about him. As we walked past reception he fell down to his knees and started projectile vomiting water which is all he had consumed. The young man on reception was very helpful and sent a maid to clean it up.  I took him back to his room and back to bed.  My husband fell ill on Sunday 31st March at 5pm. He felt unwell and decided not to come to dinner. At 6pm he started vomiting and he was up all night vomiting and diarrhoea. He remained in bed for two days. Another of our party was violently sick and she said her stomach felt like a washing machine for two days. We have seen the restaurant sending up at least three trolleys of food to rooms so it was obvious there had been a problem.  We were very careful what we give our 81 year old member to eat and made sure it came sealed ie. yoghurt or freshly cooked. It is interesting that in the restaurant there was a woman with a blue hat taking samples of the food in plastic bags and we thought she was kitchen staff but today we saw she was in the hotel infirmary so is obviously a medical person. I had approached the elderly receptionist gentleman who speak several languages to inform them of the food poisoning but his reply was “I do not understand”. I then told the head kitchen staff who told me it was sun stroke, too much alcohol and sun. I can assure you it was neither as we are all well travelled people who know the effects of these situations and trust me it was from food poisoning. There are birds all over the bread and cakes and flies on the pastries. I appreciate it’s difficult in an open restaurant where wildlife will come in but either they should be using nets at the windows or have someone watching over the food counter. I was told we could have food taken up but I explained that the people affected were too ill to eat anything. Random hotel staff were telling me to “drink more alcohol”, “eat eggs”, or “have less sun”. Even the pool staff were asking after my son/husband so obviously word had got about. He said that it wasn’t the food. It was like all staff have been told to say the same thing. I just wanted them to be aware that a problem was happening with the food and they needed to be aware to make changes as we were dropping fast. Even when fresh chips come out they were cold so I think food is cooked and left on side until it’s needed out front. Tips to know before you go Also this time of year there is no water sports so you either have to site see or have a massage, quad bikes or horse ride. All of which were brilliant. Superb prices too! Our hotel water slides and bowling was closed. Nothing much seems to open here until May, start of their season. Everything is on skeleton staff until then. Bring cash as it’s better to change notes as you need them as you won’t pay to change them up. You get the currency rate in hotels/shops etc and as a closed currency you don’t want to be left with loads. You have to pay a tourist tax of 10 Tunisian dinars each. You can bring card but you can’t tap and pay here like home. You can barter good prices with cash. Only two plugs in room and one is used for tv and one didn’t work so be aware to bring multi chargers although their current is low and slow. We raised the food poisoning and water park closure to with Loveholidays and they were very dismissive and not interested at all.
