This hotel was all round an incredible experience. Rooms were spotless, housekeeping attended daily and we were able to get rooms directly next to each other with no issues. The hotel itself is very large, with a fantastic pool and water park that opens twice a day for a few hours. The animation staff were always friendly and entertaining! Every night there was entertainment and a mini disco which all kids loved, it was lovely to have our evening meal and go out and enjoy the show. We went on a few excursions through the hotel and each time we were very well looked after and enjoyed the full experience. The highlight of our trip however was our waiter who we had the entire week, Yassine (I'm so sorry if the spelling is wrong!) He had our table reserved for us every night and we would walk in with our drink already on the table and our youngest's favourite fruits on the plate. He was extremely attentive and nothing was too big an ask. The kids adored him as he went out of his way to interact with them and make sure they laughed and enjoyed their time there. It became a daily thing that we looked forward to because he was fantastic. Nour Palace is certainly lucky to have a staff member like him! On our final night he decorated the table beautifully as can be seen in the photo!

On arrival we were welcomed at reception and offered food as we were late arriving (midnight). We were then shown to our rooms which were very spacious and clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels . The following morning we headed to the pool and were welcomed by the Animation team who in our opinion made the whole holiday, massive shout out to Rio, Brown, shadey , Sam, madhi and all the animation team they work endlessly for everyone’s enjoyment all day and night. Restaurant staff were very friendly and food is as you expect for all inc. evening bar staff very helpful we had no problem with finding a table as it gets very busy but ask staff who are more than happy to help. Outside hotel couple of little shops but not much else unless you take a taxi which we did and visited lido and es spadon which both had fantastic food, taxi was 20dn (£5) and food was good price also.

We had a lovely holiday. The beach is lovely and right on the doorstep. The staff make the place, especially the animation team (Slim was the best). Waiters were also great. The main let down was the room. Constantly felt damp because the aircon was leaking, we had to put a towel down to soak up the leak everyday. Room is also very dated with cracked tiles, mouldy curtain and rock hard bed. Cleaner wasn't the best either although he was very friendly. It is busy round the pool and if you don't go down early to get a bed you won't get one. We loved the food, especially the puddings and it was nice they had different ice creams on every day. We went on a couple of trips which were good, although I would avoid the horse carriage into town. Evening entertainment was as you would expect for an all inclusive. The team made it fun. I would recommend it to friends although I wouldn't recommend our room 3155. Also, just a tip you need a deposit of 40dn for each towel you want for the pool, you do get this back at the end of the holiday when you have finished needing a pool towel, you swap it for a clean towel each day. You also need a deposit for an iron, apparently they only have 1 for ALL the guests, so you can only have it for an hour. Shops over the road were good and not to pushy. Would recommend the Dolphin trip if you have never seen them, you do get soaked on the boat though, so take a small towel. You can change money up at the hotel. Tip - do not take Dinar to the airport, use it before you go as they take it off you and give you a receipt, you can get your money back if you go back within the next 2 years. We thought we'd be able to buy drinks etc in the airport but you can't once you are through passport control.
