We just came back from a two-week long vacation spent in this hotel and all I can say is already said in the review title! 😄 I found my family and me competent to talk about hotels' and overall vacation offer's quality, since we travel a lot and visit hotels all over the world, ranging from decent to very luxury resorts, so here I'll say some things I had an opportunity to experience in the past two weeks. ⤵️ First of all, since we come from a country with no seaside, we used to go to the beach every day and swim in the perfectly clean and beautiful sea, it was turquoise and transparent all the time, like in the movies 🥰 There were also sunbeds and parasols for all the guests all the time and that kind old man to help us move them and set the space 🥹 Sometimes when we weren't in the mood for the beach or it was windy, we spent time at the pool, which was perfect as well, with both cold and warm water and both shallow and deep parts - suitable for eeeveryone! It was also always clean and nice. I suggest getting up earlier and finding the spot there (sunbeds) because it gets crowdier every hour. 🕚 As for the food, and I am someone who likes to eat various and quality food, I can't name one tasteless meal! Everything was always so fresh, delicious and prepared with cleanliness and love! 🥰 Variety of sweets, cheese, meat, salads, with some nice Tunisian/Chinese/Italian specialties on certain days, and also presence of European classical dishes, for someone that maybe doesn't enjoy trying new things! Very respectful! Also, the stuff was so kind and trying so hard for everyone to have their table and needed space in the restaurant. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Hotel rooms were cleaned properly as well, water filled all the time regularly....🫡🫡 I went to the gym everyday - it was clean and stuffed with great gym equipment! 🏋🏻‍♀️ As for the waiters and bartenders, since there were maaany of them in the hotel, I can say I haven't seen that kind of professionals yet that are sooo dedicated to their job and were pleasantly smiling all the time! I would especially like to mention bartender Ghassen in the piano bar in the evening! He was so kind and taking care of all the guests every day, such a professional! ❤️ Another thing worth mentioning was the Animation team! They really spent the whole day everyday talking to us, inviting us to different interesting activities (which were organized veeery well btw), to dance, but still not intrusive too much! And also their evening program waaaass 10/10! Great music, great shows and atmosphere! I would like to especially mention animator Sam, which made our vacation 10 times better, honestly! His dance moves were incredible. 😊 For the end, I would hooonestly recommend coming to this hotel to everyone who wants to rest, have a great time and enjoy aaaalll the perfect things this wonderful hotel offers! And also this is not just a subjective opinion, at the hotel entrance you can see that the hotel won several awards for being on the list of the best 100 hotels in the world! “Totally good experience”

Pleasant stay with the group of golfers. Easy access to the Djerba Golf Course, only 500 meter walk. Spacious rooms, but the bathroom bit tired. Food in the all inclusive option. Good, but not outstanding. Very attentive staff. Price very competitive and guarantees good value for money.

Hotel is good - clean, big swiming pool, neat to the beach. Food is very good - many dishes, everybody could could something to eat. Minus - animation, not interesting, the animators look like are unhappy. Problems with sounds and microphones.

My experience at the hotel was not what I should expect from 5 star hotel. The Good: The hotel looked impressive from outside and the lobby was breathtaking. The food was very good in quality, comparing it to other 5 star hotels. The beach has sunbeds for everyone, dont need to rush to get one. The Bad: Dress code for the restaurant, to wear long jeans and pants on 35 degrees isn't something you can enjoy and this is only for men. The room was full with ants and mosquitoes which for a 5 star hotel or any star hotel is inadequate. One of the maids was amazing, but when she had day off, her colleagues did not change the towels, we should call them to do it. Lets talk tips, the reality is, if you don't give tips you are going to be neglected, which is not acceptable, considering that you have paid 1000 euros for a week at the hotel. We were neglected from the staff at the bars constantly, the only place that had good service was the main restaurant. When I say neglected I mean, we order 3 drinks after 30 mins wait and the guy forgets to bring them and then if you don't call him, he would not come the next 30 mins. which means you dont drink anything if you expect him to serve you. Overall we were happy by the county, enjoyed our time in Sahara and crocodile farm but would never consider coming back to the hotel, because of attitude which is the most important aspect in everything.
