I had an amazing holiday at this hotel in June with my family, and every part of my stay exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, and quality. also I left with wonderful memories. The atmosphere was peaceful, the facilities were excellent, and there was a great variety of sports and recreational activities. I want to mention precisely the beach-volley, Thank you to Julia for her energy, dynamism and smiling... Thank you to the entire team for making my holiday so memorable. Especially for the receptionist on my arrival and the one… And the one on the last day at 4:30 am for his kindness; he even offered us coffee, milk, and cakes for breakfast. Also many thanks to my friend "Ali" for his warm welcome and sympathy. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

1) Świetna lokacja, podróż z lotniska 10 do 15 minut, przy piaszczystej CZYSTEJ plaży. Aby dostać się do centrum Monastiru wystarczy 15 minut taksówką. 1) Great location, just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport. The hotel is situated right next to a clean, sandy beach. Getting to the center of Monastir takes only about 15 minutes by taxi. 2) Atmosfera w hotelu jest luźna i wesoła, animatorzy dbają aby goście nie nie nudzili. Organizują aerobik, water polo, siatkówkę, grę w darta, animacje dla dzieci nawet tych najmłodszych. 2) The atmosphere at the hotel is relaxed and fun. The animation team does a great job making sure guests never get bored. They organize activities like aerobics, water polo, volleyball, and darts. There are also plenty of activities for kids, even the little ones. 3) Nasz pokój (125) po przyjedzie był czysty i pachnący. Pani pokojówka ; Salwa ; dosłownie dopieszczała pokój by lśnił, za co jestem jej bardzo wdzięczny. 3) Our room (125) was clean and smelled fresh upon arrival. The housekeeper, Salwa, really took great care of it and made sure everything was spotless. I’m very grateful for her effort. 4) Cena jak na ten standard dobra, zapłaciliśmy 1780 zł za osobę 4) The price was good for the standard of the hotel. We paid 1,780 PLN per person, which we thought was great value for money. 5) Czystość całego hotelu uważam za bardzo dobrą. Wszystko sprzątane na bieżąco łącznie z plażą, dają poczucie wysokiego standardu i dbałości o gości. 5) I think the cleanliness of the entire hotel was very good. Everything was kept clean throughout the day, including the beach. It really gave us the feeling that the hotel has high standards and genuinely cares about its guests. 6) Pomimo bliskości lotniska, nadlatujące i odlatujące samoloty absolutnie nie przeszkadzają. Po prostu bardzo słabo je słychać, a przy zabawie lub gdy leci miła muzyka nikt nie zwróci na nie uwagi. Tak więc hotel uważam za spokojny i cichy, nie słychać hałasu z zewnątrz. 6) Even though the hotel is close to the airport, the arriving and departing planes are not a problem at all. You can barely hear them, and when you're enjoying the entertainment or listening to the music, you don't even notice them. Overall, I found the hotel to be peaceful and quiet, with no disturbing noise from outside. 7) Obsługa jest doskonała o czym się przekonałem. Jak wcześniej wspominałem Panie Pokojówka ; Salwa ; świetnie zadbały o czystość pokoju, wymianę ręczników i pościeli. Recepcja stanęła na głowie, gdy zaszła potrzeba pomocy dziecku - spuchła mu powieka, a Pan Manager z recepcji, Dhia, osobiście po swojej pracy o północy zawiózł mnie do nocnej apteki w Monastirze, a później odwiózł do hotelu. Jestem mu za to przeogromnie wdzięczny. Dodam, że zrobił to za darmo! Nic nie chciał. Pani z recepcji, Noussaiba i Aymen, pomogli z zamówieniem taksówki oraz podpowiedzieli gdzie iść w Monastirze, żeby coś ciekawego zobaczyć. Jeśli chodzi o barmanów, to niekwestionowanymi ekspertami od robienia idealnych drinków są Motez i Fahed. Na prawdę, przysięgam, tworzyli cuda. No i świetnie mówią po angielsku, tak więc bez problemu można się z nimi dogadać. Polecam ze szczerego serca brać od nich. 7) The staff were excellent, and I experienced that firsthand. As I mentioned before, the housekeeper, Salwa , did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and changing the towels and bed linen. The reception staff went above and beyond when my child needed help after his eyelid became swollen. The reception manager, Dhia, personally drove me to a late-night pharmacy in Monastir after finishing his shift at around midnight, and then brought me back to the hotel. I am incredibly grateful to him for that. What made it even more amazing was that he did it for free and didn't expect anything in return. Noussaiba and Aymen at the reception also helped us book a taxi and gave us some great recommendations on what to see in Monastir. As for the bartenders, Motez and Fahed are the absolute experts when it comes to making cocktails. I honestly swear they worked magic. They also speak English very well, so it's easy to chat with them. I highly recommend ordering your drinks from them

“Very nice bungalov”

This was my first time in Tunisia. My bungalow was so beautiful, comfortable bed, food was okay, beach was small and little bit dirty, sea too. Good cocktails only for cash, but it’s okay beer was good :).

We spent a week at this hotel. First we were quite shocked when we arrived - the room was quite big but the furniture was old and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. In the corner there was anthill and the shower cubicle was really something I haven’t ever seen before. There was a huge hole. Through this hole cockroaches were crawling at night in the bathroom. Also something I have never experienced. Concerning food it was very mid, sometimes tasteless. Beach was quite clean but the sea was quite dirty in the afternoon, so we went there in the morning only then we used pools. Honestly I expected a little bit more because it was quite expensive and it wasn’t worth the price.
