“The hotel is excellente but I will not return; the head of the lifeguard will not yell at me again.”

I stayed a whole week at the hotel, and everything was wonderful. The restaurant was excellent, all the staff were friendly and smiling, and the food was delicious. 😋 Thank you! I stayed a whole week at the hotel, and everything was wonderful. The restaurant was excellent, all the staff were friendly and smiling, and the food was delicious. 😋 Thank you! The bar: Excellent service, thank you all, especially Aziz. 🥰 The water slide lifeguard team, thank you for your work. Ensuring the safety of children is not easy, especially with temperatures reaching 45°C daily. Thank you, but the downside is the head lifeguard. He never smiles and yells at his team every day. He even got angry at me when one of them spoke to me. His disrespect and rudeness are the two biggest problems at the hotel, and because of him, I canceled my next reservation.

We visited as a group of 16. Overall, the hotel itself is very good, and the staff and entertainment team work extremely hard and provide excellent service throughout our stay. However, we were concerned to hear that a number of staff members had recently left or been dismissed. Staff work very long hours in high temperatures with limited rest, and we were informed that their movements are closely monitored, including step tracking and CCTV, with staff being reprimanded if they spend too long speaking with guests. The manager we knew as "Obama" was noticeably less engaged with guests than other members of staff and rarely interacted with people during our stay. Another area for improvement is the evening entertainment. There was no visible timetable or schedule, making it difficult for guests to know what entertainment was taking place and when. The hotel has a lot of positives, largely because of the dedication of the staff and entertainment team, who consistently go out of their way to help guests. We hope they receive the recognition and support they deserve, as they are a key reason many guests enjoy their stay.

“OK hotel, too noisy for us.”

We stayed in a triple room, which was ok. There was no bedside table supplied for the third bed for drinks or charging equipment, so we used the table from the balcony. We stayed in a triple room, which was ok. There was no bedside table supplied for the third bed for drinks or charging equipment, so we used the table from the balcony. There were only two glasses in the bathroom for 3 people, and originally three glasses in the main room - one of which disappeared after 3 days and was never returned. Water - and a single bottle of cola in the fridge on arrival that was never replenished. The bed was made and towels replaced daily (even though we did not put in the floor as we were happy to reuse) The food is quite good and staff in the restaurants are very pleasant. The à la carte restaurants were nice. One day we were served burgers at the One Burger bar by a young man that used his bare hands to pick up the burger, put it on the bap, he then used tongs to put salad on the burger - then he used his bare hands again to place the top of the bap on top and pressed it down - no gloves. Then he scooped up some lukewarm fries with his bare hand and put those on the plate. We were gobsmacked - that is just NOT on. Obviously we never ate there again! The bars are severely understaffed, there was always a queue that didn't move particularly quickly. We also hardly ever got drinks offered at the pool or the beach. Life guards at every pool - even the kiddies pools - that's great! All the pools, due to the animation are very, very noisy. The only peace there, is at lunch time when the racket stopped for an hour or so - they have huge speakers right there next to you - that's very bad for anyone's ears, let alone young children! They really do not need such volume. Sunbeds at the pools were not easy to find if you left it until after breakfast, luckily we prefer the beach as it was quieter. There are no quiet areas in this hotel which is a shame. Evening entertainment is there, if you like that sort of loud shouty stuff, although on our last night we did attend the 'Mr Hotel competition ' which was hilarious! We liked Tunisia though and would return, but not to this hotel. This hotel is great for families that love noise!
