“Friendly staff”
I recently stayed at hotel menara with my family of 4, coming from London. The hospitality was exceptional. The staff were always friendly and helpful. At first, we were given a not so great room but then they accommodated us to two, much better rooms fortunately.

“Unforgivable Winter Camp”
This was a really great experience. I am glad we got to do our planned activities in a fun and well-organized environment. The hotel staff were extremely nice and understanding, as they made sure that our trip goes smoothly especially given the weather circumstances. Thank you very much.
