We had a very enjoyable stay at Yadis Hammamet. The animation team was fantastic—friendly, energetic, and always creating a fun atmosphere with activities during the day and entertaining shows in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the furniture and décor are a bit dated, everything worked well and housekeeping kept it tidy every day. The restaurant offered a good variety of food, with plenty of choices for different tastes. The staff were attentive and worked hard, even during busy meal times. The beach is beautiful, with soft sand and clear water, and the pool area is clean and relaxing with enough sunbeds available. The hotel staff were welcoming, polite, and always willing to help, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, Yadis Hammamet offers very good value for money. It may not be the newest hotel, but the excellent animation, friendly service, great beach, and pleasant atmosphere made our holiday a memorable one. We would happily come back.

The steam treatment, followed by the traditional black soap scrub (kessa) and clay wrap, left my skin feeling incredible. The atmosphere in the spa sanctuary is tranquil, wonderfully scented, and meticulously clean. A must-do if you visit! ​🎭 Animation & Entertainment ​The animation team brings so much energy to the resort! From fun poolside games and fitness activities during the day to delightful evening shows, they keep everyone entertained without ever being pushy. There's always a great vibe around the resort! ​🏊‍♂️ The Pools ​The pool area is paradise. The main outdoor pool is spacious, sparkling clean, and surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. Whether you want to swim laps or just float with a drink in hand under the palm trees, it's the perfect spot to unwind. ​🍽️ The Restaurant ​The food exceeded my expectations! Every meal offered a fantastic variety of both authentic local dishes and international options. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The dessert section, in particular, was hard to resist! ​🛏️ The Room ​Our room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day in the sun. Having a private balcony with a lovely view made morning coffees extra special. ​🛎️ Reception & Check-In ​From the moment we arrived, the reception team set a warm tone for the trip. Check-in was swift, seamless, and accompanied by a lovely welcome drink. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, answering all our questions and providing great local recommendations. ​🏖️ The Beach ​Direct access to a pristine private beach made the location unbeatable! The sand is fine, the water clear, and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for guests. Watching the sunset from the shoreline was one of the most memorable parts of the trip.

Yadis Hammamet Club – A Holiday That Became More Than Just a Holiday When booking our holiday to Tunisia, we chose the Yadis Hammamet Club on an all-inclusive package with a standard double room. Like many people reading reviews before booking, I wanted an honest account of what to expect—not just a list of star ratings. Having now experienced the hotel for myself, I hope this review helps anyone considering staying here. First Impressions We arrived at approximately 2:30 a.m. after a long journey. Despite the late hour and the language barrier, the receptionist welcomed us warmly. Using Google Translate, we were able to communicate without any problems, and we were checked in efficiently. One thoughtful touch that immediately stood out was that the restaurant had been opened especially for our arrival. We were presented with prepared plates of food along with bottled water. Although the food wasn't quite to our personal taste, the gesture itself spoke volumes. After travelling for hours, knowing the hotel had taken the time to ensure we weren't going to bed hungry was genuinely appreciated and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The Room Initially, the room we were allocated wasn't what I expected from the photographs or the standard I had hoped for. Rather than allowing this to affect the holiday, I politely raised my concerns with reception the following morning. I couldn't have asked for a better response. After discussing the issue with one of the reception team, our room was changed just a couple of hours later to a beautiful sea-view room. Although the sea view itself was an unexpected bonus, it was actually the room's overall condition and comfort that met the expectations I had when booking. The Head of Housekeeping personally came to ensure everything was satisfactory after our move, which demonstrated genuine care for guest satisfaction rather than simply resolving a complaint. The housekeeping ladies deserve special recognition. They work incredibly hard every single day, always greeting guests with warm smiles despite having what appears to be an extremely demanding workload. Their kindness, professionalism and calm nature never went unnoticed. In my opinion, they are some of the unsung heroes of this hotel. Food & Drinks For an all-inclusive hotel, I found there was a good variety of food available throughout the day. Inside the main restaurant there was always plenty of choice, while outside under the covered canopy area guests could enjoy freshly made crêpes, sweet treats and barbecue dishes prepared throughout service. It meant there was usually something for everyone, whether you wanted a full meal or simply something lighter between activities. The lobby bar quickly became one of our favourite places to relax. The bar staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. Rather than simply serving drinks, they regularly came over asking whether anyone would like another drink while also collecting empty glasses and keeping the seating areas tidy. Even small details, such as regularly emptying ashtrays in the upstairs smoking area, showed pride in maintaining the hotel. The downstairs lobby provided a comfortable non-smoking area, while football matches shown on the television created a brilliant atmosphere among guests from different countries who all came together to support their teams. The Beach The hotel's private beach is easily reached by walking through the rear hotel gate, past the children's club, through the distinctive blue archway and across the road to the beach bar. Having direct beach access is certainly a positive. However, this is probably the area where I feel the hotel could make the biggest improvement. The beach bar itself could benefit from some refurbishment, and unfortunately the beach wasn't maintained to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. There was a significant amount of seaweed which made the sea appear much less inviting than neighbouring hotel beaches that looked noticeably cleaner. It's one of the few aspects of the holiday where I genuinely feel improvements would make a huge difference to guests' overall experience. The Animation Team – The Heart and Soul of Yadis Hammamet Club Every hotel has staff. Very few have a team that genuinely becomes part of your holiday memories. The animation team at Yadis Hammamet Club are, without question, the heart and soul of this hotel. From morning until late evening, they work tirelessly with endless enthusiasm, energy and positivity. Whether organising pool games, sports activities, music quizzes, children's entertainment, dance sessions or evening performances, they constantly put guests first. What impressed me most wasn't simply the activities they organised—it was the passion they brought to every single one. Their enthusiasm is infectious. Even if you're someone who normally avoids organised entertainment, you'll likely find yourself smiling, joining in or simply enjoying watching them create such a fun atmosphere. The children's club deserves particular praise. The staff care for the children with genuine warmth, allowing parents to relax knowing their little ones are having fun in a safe and welcoming environment. One thing I couldn't help noticing was that these incredible staff don't always receive the appreciation they deserve. So, if you're reading this before your holiday, I have one small request. Please remember to say thank you. A smile. A kind word. A simple "thank you." It costs absolutely nothing, but it means the world to people who spend their days making sure your family has unforgettable memories. I know this because I took the time to ask them how they were doing, to thank them personally, and to acknowledge the effort they put into making everyone smile. Those conversations reminded me that hospitality isn't just about serving food or organising activities—it's about people. The evening entertainment was another highlight. Whether it was the children's mini disco, tombola draws, quiz nights, spectacular magic shows, professional guest performers or the shows performed by the animation team themselves in the hotel's open-air amphitheatre, there was always something happening. Watching these performances under the evening sky, surrounded by families laughing together and staff giving everything they had, created memories we'll never forget. Overall No hotel is perfect, and I believe honest reviews should acknowledge both the positives and the areas that could improve. The initial room allocation wasn't ideal, and the beach certainly deserves more attention. However, what truly defines this hotel isn't a room or a stretch of sand. It's the people. The reception staff listened and resolved our concerns professionally. Housekeeping worked tirelessly with kindness and pride. The restaurant and bar teams kept guests well looked after throughout the day. And the animation team created an atmosphere that transformed a holiday into an experience we'll remember for years. Would I return? Without hesitation. Not because everything was flawless, but because this hotel has something many luxury resorts fail to offer—a genuine heart. Thank you to everyone at Yadis Hammamet Club for making our stay so memorable. I sincerely hope the incredible staff, especially the animation team, receive the recognition they truly deserve.Exploring the Area Around Yadis Hammamet Club One thing I quickly discovered is that you don't have to venture far from the hotel to find some fantastic places to eat, drink and shop. Just outside the main entrance is a lively road lined with cafés, restaurants, convenience stores and gift shops, making it easy to enjoy a stroll during the day or in the evening. If you're looking for somewhere to eat outside the hotel, my number one recommendation is Nine/Ten Restaurant. If you love freshly fired pizzas and incredibly tasty wraps, this is the place to go. Everything we ordered was fresh, full of flavour and reasonably priced. If you have the pleasure of visiting, make sure you say hello to Mr. Lui. His attentiveness and excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel genuinely welcome. Great food combined with fantastic hospitality is always a winning combination, and Nine/Ten certainly delivered on both. Another lovely place is Umbrella Restaurant, which offers a great selection of food and refreshing drinks. The meals themselves were very enjoyable, and the staff were polite and friendly throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the service was exceptionally slow. We waited almost an hour for our food despite there being very few customers in the restaurant at the time. While the quality of the food was good, the long wait meant it wasn't somewhere I chose to return to during our stay. For coffee lovers, Eleven Coffee is an absolute gem. It has a lovely atmosphere, serves excellent coffee and the staff are genuinely warm, welcoming and always smiling. It's the perfect place to sit back, relax and watch the world go by while enjoying a quality drink. On the other hand, I personally wouldn't recommend the café and dessert restaurant directly opposite the main entrance to Yadis Hammamet Club. Service was slow and lacked warmth, and the menu felt quite uninspiring compared with the many other fantastic options just a short walk away. Given the number of excellent cafés and restaurants nearby, I'd suggest walking a little further along the road instead—you'll be rewarded with much better food, friendlier service and a far more enjoyable experience. A Hidden Gem – Scorpion Gift & Convenience Store Before finishing, I have to give a special mention to one place that genuinely exceeded my expectations. Around a four-minute walk to the left when leaving the hotel's main entrance is Scorpion Gift & Convenience Store. I only discovered it later in the holiday, and I honestly wish I'd found it on day one. After visiting the local markets, I was amazed to find that many of the same souvenirs—including handbags, purses, T-shirts, gifts and keepsakes—were available here at similar prices, with some items even cheaper than the market. Unlike some shopping experiences where you can feel pressured into buying something, there was absolutely none of that here. The lady in the shop was simply wonderful—kind, patient, friendly and genuinely appreciative of every customer who walked through the door. She was happy to help without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. It's exactly the kind of independent local business that deserves support. If you're staying at Yadis Hammamet Club—or anywhere nearby—I would highly recommend taking a short walk to visit Scorpion.
