⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My friend and I have just returned from a week at Sentido Bellevue Park and we've had a lovely holiday. We had booked a sea view room and there was a slight mix-up with the room on our first night. These things happen, but Amine on reception dealt with it quickly and professionally and arranged for us to move to a wonderful room. From then on, everything was great. The thing that really stood out to me throughout the holiday was the staff. I've travelled quite a lot over the years and stayed in some lovely hotels, but the staff here were genuinely some of the best I've come across. A special mention has to go to Adem by the pool. From the first day he remembered exactly what we were drinking and always seemed to appear at just the right moment before our glasses were empty. He was always smiling and made us feel really looked after. Sam in the restaurant was fantastic too. He always seemed to know where we liked to sit and often had our drinks ready before we'd even asked. It's little things like that which make a real difference. Joe from the animation team was brilliant. He was always encouraging people to join in with activities and have fun, but never in a pushy way. He got the balance exactly right and brought a great atmosphere to the hotel. We did a few activities and excursions while we were away, but to be honest there wasn't much reason to leave the resort. There was always something going on and it was easy to spend the day relaxing by the pool. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have a hotel directory in the rooms. When you arrive you're given a sheet with a few useful numbers on it, but it would be helpful to have something a bit more detailed. Things like restaurant opening times, pool information, room service menus, spa treatments, excursion details and even a guide to the local area would be useful. We found that a lot of information came from people approaching guests around the hotel to promote trips, photoshoots and spa treatments. Everyone was friendly, but it would be nice to have all that information in one place so guests could browse it in their own time. I've stayed in quite a few five-star hotels around the world and, if I'm being honest, there were a few little touches that I've come to expect from a five-star property that weren't quite there. Having said that, the level of service more than made up for it. The staff were absolutely outstanding and are genuinely one of the main reasons I'd return. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was lovely, the atmosphere was relaxed, and every member of staff we came across greeted us with a smile. Would I come back? In a heartbeat. I'll start off by saying this was me and my friend's first time visiting Tunisia so we were a little sceptical at first as we weren't sure what it would be like, as well as seeing some of the mixed reviews that were left before we visited. This place exceeded our expectations by far and any of the negative reviews you've seen or read about this place should NOT make you not want to visit. Just book it. Check in was relatively fast, we got given some fresh lemon juice upon arrival which was appreciated as it was 30 degrees when we got there. All reception staff very helpful and will do anything for you upon request. Rooms were pretty good, in terms of space plenty of space, lot's of wardrobe space and hangers (I brought my own anyway in case) we had a sea view room which was stunning and my friends had a sea view which was overlooking the pool as well which was my favourite room out of the 3 we got. They are a little bit aged so some TLC would be nice but definitely not something worthy of putting you off from staying. It says the AC doesn't come on until the 15th of June however we found that the AC in the rooms was working the whole time (we arrived on the 8th June) so that was a nice surprise as we weren't expecting any. Pool area / beach absolutely stunning, pool always kept clean and tidy, the staff work so hard to make sure it's looking great. Plenty of space around the pool never felt like I was too close to anyone as in some hotels you feel like the loungers are basically touching each other, not the case here. Pool is massive so plenty of room for everyone. We spent one day on the beach and it was great, golden soft sand and clear waters what is there to not like? People do wake up very early to reserve sun beds despite the "no reserving sunbeds until 8am" rule as I would often be up at 7am and look out on the balcony and see a lot of towels put down already but definitely can still get sun beds after 8am as there's a lot of options. This brings me onto my next point, the service, which is by far the best service I have ever had at any hotel I have stayed at. They are amazing and work very hard. Constantly have people coming to me asking if I would like anything, never left without a drink at this place, props to all the bar staff impeccable service and they are the same on the beach as well. The animation team is 10/10 they also work very hard throughout the day and night putting on activities for everyone to enjoy, they don't pressure you into doing anything either which is a bonus. Someone who stood out to me the most was Vicky, she is amazing and had a huge positive impact on my stay, shoutout to her she made our stay very memorable and we are so thankful for that. The food was better than expected, for a buffet restaurant you cant really complain, lots of options throughout, though if you are a picky eater or vegan/veg you might struggle slightly. The restaurant are equally as amazing as the pool staff, always bringing drinks and asking if you need anything without even needing to get off of your seat, again by far the best service I have ever had at any hotel. There are shops in the hotel which is helpful as you don't even need to leave the hotel to buy things like snacks, sun cream, gifts, jewellery etc. The weather during our stay was great as well, 8th June to the 15th, the day of arrival was cloudy but we didn't mind too much as it was just the first day, after that it was pretty much 30 degrees every day with full blue sky and sun. Now onto the ONLY con I can think of about this hotel, the people wondering around constantly by the pools, lobby asking you to buy excursions, spa treatments and other things, we must have had the same guy come up to us every single day of our stay asking us to buy excursions from him, it's annoying. Even though we told him no every single day he would still come up to us and try to get us to buy something. Though this was a real minor part of the holiday that didn't spoil anything at all for us and would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you Sentido Bellevue Park for making our stay amazing!

As a family of four, including to adult kids we’d a brilliant holiday. Will try to summarise the positives of this hotel: Staff: outstanding, probably the friendliest and most attentive staff we’ve ever come across, especially the bar/waiting staff and reception team. Cleaners & lifeguards excellent too. Animation team friendly but not pushy. Food: Again excellent, didn’t find it repetitive and the food at the beach bar was great too. Facilities: Pickleball, Padel, Tennis and gym all excellent, although found it unusual that there was a charge for the above (except gym). Not our experience elsewhere in other all inclusive in Tunisia. Good range of shops on site. Bars super, range of drinks good. Location: Close enough to Port El Kantaoui, we walked home from the Marina one day, stopping for nourishments in the Hard Rock Cafe. Rooms: Spacious with plenty of wardrobe space, beds comfortable. Negatives: while the main areas of the hotel were 5 star, the bathrooms were tired and in need of modernisation. Some areas around around the pool looked worn with beds broken and padding torn. All in all, definite value for money and we’d definitely return.

The overall impression of the hotel is good. The location is nice, very close to the airport, which results in a shorter transfer (30 min.). There is a souvenir shop nearby with everything you need. The hotel is nice and well maintained. The staff is friendly. The rooms are large and clean. The food was monotonous for me. Although all inclusive, every day was almost the same. I expected a different menu. Otherwise, the food was plentiful and delicious. The pool is very nice and big enough. The beach is also very nice. It is calm and quiet, the animation is next to the beach and ends at 10:00 PM, so it is quite quiet.
