We had a very short stay at the Four Seasons Tunis, but it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We ran into a few transfer issues during our trip, and the team handled them flawlessly, taking all the stress off our shoulders. The reception staff were so lovely and accommodating, but truly, everyone we encountered was amazing, personal, and genuinely welcoming. To top it all off, the location is absolutely stunning. We cannot recommend this property and its incredible team enough!

My stay at Four Seasons Tunis was simply exceptional. I spent two nights in room 4225, and every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is stunning, the rooms are beautifully maintained, and the service is impeccable. A very special thank you to Bayrem, the manager of Alysa Salon. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience, and his warm hospitality truly reflects the excellence of Four Seasons. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return. I stayed at the Four Seasons in Tunis with my daughter and her fiancé when I came to Tunisia to meet him and his family, who are from Sousse. I'd never stayed at a Four Seasons before so I was very excited about the experience, and it did not disappoint. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding: the rooms themselves were gorgeous, comfortable, and well thought out, with many of the small touches that distinguish an exceptional hotel--fresh local pastries and fruit waiting in our rooms when we arrived (including the absolute best dates I've ever tasted), a power adapter, tea and coffee service with a good selection, well-stocked minibar, robes, etc. The breakfast service was very good, featuring a widely varied buffet and several delicious a la carte options, and we spent some portion of each evening in the lobby bar enjoying drinks and, on our first night, dinner. What really stands out about the Four Seasons, though, is their staff--every person we encountered was friendly, professional, courteous, and clearly invested in giving us the best possible experience. Merem at the front desk was absolutely lovely and gave us a warm, professional, friendly and funny introduction to the hotel; Yussef in the bar was always attentive, fun to chat with, and promptly helpful with all our requests. Reem and Nabila kept my beautiful room neat and clean and stocked with everything I might need, Issam took wonderful care of us at the pool, and Lubna in the spa gave me an incredible much-needed massage. On our last morning at the hotel, we were served at breakfast by a young woman who seemed to be new at the job--she was being shown around by another server--I believe her name was Ferval, and she was such a delight, we had a lovely experience with her. After we left Tunis, my daughter and her fiancé and I stayed a few nights in Sousse and then in Tozeur, and wherever we went, we lamented not being at the Four Seasons anymore. because nothing else measured up (though we did very much enjoy our little b&b in Tozeur). I hope all of the staff members we encountered on our visit are well appreciated by the hotel, because they truly made our visit the wonderful experience it ended up. I've stayed in many expensive hotels and I can say with certainty that beautiful accommodations cannot make up for poor service. Highly recommend.
