We got an amazing deal to stay here, so didn't expect 5 star. The hotel/Pool/Bar/Restaurant areas are great, very relaxing and everyone extremely friendly. Theres only around 28 rooms all situated around the pool, so everyone gets to know evryone else and end up becoming very good friends, great atmosphere. The rooms are extremely basic and could do with a little bit of money spent on them. The bed is rock hard, like sleeping on a brick, I didn't sleep well for the whole week. The kitchen consists of a hot plate and kettle (which needs renewed) and a fridge. The sink didn't empty very well, think there must be a blockage. The sofa in the sitting room is also rock hard. The shower was great for us. Plenty wardrobe space with plenty hangers. The cleaning team, which I think is husband and wife, do the bare minimum - empty bins, clean towels, put bedding on the bed (you have to make your own bed as cover just gets folded and lay on the bed) They are very friendly though and happy. The bar is quite basic, but it works, there's a large TV which plays the football games when they are on and Aziz behind the bar is a very friendly guy and speaks excellent english. The wifi is quite bad and only works around the pool and bar - it didn't work at all in our room, we were in B Block. It's quite out of the way to busy bars and restaurants and the area around the apartments is very hilly and needs tidying up. Lots of uneven paths and roads. Overall we had a really great week, met some lovely people, had amazing weather - we would return, but only at a low price (which we got) it's certainly not worth hundreds of pounds. We paid £170 each for the week (including flights, transfers and luggage) , I wouldn't want to be paying much more than that

“Great 2 weeks”

Lovely 2 week stay despite few days of bad weather. Basic room but more than adequate for us as we eat out . Had issue with kettle but new one brought straight away. Staff always helpful. Short walk to shops and beach.

Didn’t pay much as was late deal so I suppose we got what we paid for. First thing noticed was steep ramp to get to apartment which as wheelchair user bit scary so really I should have checked this before booking so can’t blame apartments for that and also few steps to access room,so my advice to anyone wheelchair dependent if like myself you can’t walk at all best book different accommodation,my hubby just bumped me down steps but after 2 weeks he was hurting and so was I. Inside apartment it’s definitely basic,rather grubby bright orange sofas,kettle was really rusty and wouldn’t turn off so it was changed to brand new kettle but if apartments were properly checked after each guest then this would have been noticed as it really was rusty,the 2 ring hot plate was also dirty,I tried cleaning it a bit before I used it,again another guest had hers replaced for new so they should be checked regularly as the owners have replacement in stock .we also noticed no toaster which I thought odd,luckily another guest allowed me to borrow his.our equipment was mis matched,3plates,2 soup bowls,no cereal bowls,odd cutlery that didn’t match frying pan that was bevelled so we swapped with other guest for straight pan lol,Brad knife was so blunt,these are all things that easily sorted and not expensive,don’t understand owners allowed to have such poor items provided..our bed was a double but had single sheet which clearly didn’t fit,as it early May nights were still cold so on bed was 1 white cover again single size so at 1 am we had to ask for 2 more covers and were given single covers,I was offered big brown cover but smell wasn’t nice and felt it wasn’t washed.we read rules of marks,stains on towels,sheets saying any stains guests will be charged,I was annoyed at this as towels already had stains,as did the waffle type covers so was concerned I’d end up wit bill,I have medical condition and use protective covers on bed but I was that scared of stains I spoke to jet2 rep about this,he did explain my condition in Turkish to staff.the rooms weren’t cleaned properly was basic bins,towels which is fine but the cobwebs,dust behind doors clearly been there for while,floors washed with dirty mop so my husband had to keep crocs on as his white socks were filthy.glad I couldn’t walk lol. Pool area lovely and you greeted with huge signs saying don’t bring own food ,drink round pool,now I know a lot of places do this BUT prices need to be affordable so you will buy water etc from bar,but prices need to of standard bottle of water is ridiculous and we have to drink quite a lot during a day so it becomes expensive part of holiday just to keep yourself becoming dehydrated,I would buy 1 then top my own bottle up as did hubby,I know few other guests who regularly stay at hotel did same.food was ok but tended to cook snack or ate elsewhere as I struggled to eat due to medical condition,the Sunday lunch was worth cost my hubby had huge plateful,I asked for small child’s portion of pasta with cream sauce but still got charge 500tl it wasn’t worth it.we tended to not stay in bar long,preferred to go out to little friendly lounge Uncle Festers there cocktails were delicious and good value as was Efes for the men,we also enjoyed some lovely food,again I asked for small portion,got too much tho but was only charged 300tl,hence reason we returned few times.we also asked for a music night where we could dance and have karaoke,another guest asked around and it was something everyone said would be fun,but in 2 weeks nothing hence not many people stayed late in bar. Overall didn’t feel very welcome by staff think cos we weren’t regular guests we weren’t important enough,luckily we spoke to some lovely guests who did invite us into there company we very grateful for that. The charge for keeping room on is so expensive and unfortunately as a wheelchair user I needed a place where I could access toilet to get changed and somewhere I could sit out of wheelchair,so maybe a courtesy room needs sorted as I’m sure other guests would like somewhere to change not toilets around pool.and finally on checking out no member of staff offered to help with luggage,im not able to do it so Andy made 3 trips to reception with luggage but wasn’t offered help.so sorry to say wouldn’t return to these apartments for 2 reasons,first probably not suitable for wheelchair user and 2 nd which I feel is main reason is the apartment really need a bit freshening up,new equipment,cleaners who clean better,staff that friendly to all guests not just frequent stay guests,lower prices at bar a little.
