“Fantastic hotel and staff.”

Absolutely fantastic, small, family run hotel. Staff are extremely attentive. Drink and food prices are great. Close to all the amenities but just far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Absolutely fantastic, small, family run hotel. Staff are extremely attentive. Drink and food prices are great. Close to all the amenities but just far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. My wife and myself have been here a few times and couldn't be happier with the service we receive every time. It's a great environment to chill and relax in... and have a good drink if you fancy. Can't wait to come back again.

Only downside no kettle in room 🥹 bought one next door for 150tl. Would I go back….yes 🙌

My wife and I stayed here from 25 july till the 9th of august. We arrived very early in the morning 3.30am to be precise due to being delayed at Gatwick and were very kindly greeted by the owner who showed us to our room unfortunately the room we were given was very close to the pool and bar area,there was a few holiday makers that had obviously come back from a night out and were sitting out side our room making a load of noise...but the next morning after a quick chat with one of the owners we were moved to the other side of the hotel complex and from there on in had a very peaceful and quiet stay...the hotel really does what it says on the tin. Basic but with very comfortable beds and everything you need, its perfect for a base to explore. Theres a taxi rank across the road which was really handy and a bus stop nxt door.taxis were really cheap and brilliant for getting about locally..theres a brilliant restaurant across the road and the hotel does bar snacks,theres a lauderette around the corner which very reasonable and a good size shop across the road..personally Gumbet wasnt the nicest place but that was our opinion but bodrum which is a 10 min taxi ride was beautiful and we spent most of our time there.im a chef and Turkish food is for me one of the worlds great cuisines bodrum is full of restaurants suiting all budgets. where is gumbet wasnt anywhere nr as good.the weather was perfect with a lovely breeze for the whole 2 weeks .what's great about this area is that theres so much to do I recommend going on a boat trip,great value for money and the swimming off the boat world class,if you into history ephesus was out if this world and definitely take a ferry to kos island..the family that own ali baba are lovely and would help at any opportunity.overall it was a nice holiday just what the doctor ordered..but we wouldn't rush back to gumbet it's a bit like maguluf without all the pissed teenagers..we felt bodrum was better for shopping too you could get a better deal in bodrum.
