The staff were so friendly and lovely, the entertainment team were great, the views were amazing, the food was nice and catered well for vegetarians. The drinks and cocktails were also good. My favourite staff were Anil, Eylem, Serkal, Pikachu and Tony. We tipped the service staff everyday as they work so hard and deserve it. The Olive restaurant food was nice and the service was excellent. A fruit platter was delivered to the room with a happy birthday message for my daughter which was so nice. We stayed in the family club room at the top and the views were fantastic. They also provided excellent entertainment for younger children. The only suggestion I would make is to only give over 18s wristbands and under 18s no wristbands. This is because adults aren't given them but children are, but children take them off and then get served alcohol. If only over 18s have wristbands, this problem will be solved. We will return to this resort as it was so beautiful. Thank you to the lovely staff.

“Fabulous relaxing week in the sun.”

Arrived late in the evening on April 4th. At the reception, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were quickly taken to our room, but unfortunately one of the beds was broken. We were upgraded that night to a suite which was fabulous and an amazing view. Food was very good. Only thing I could pick fault is they need more than 1 toaster. Great facilities. Now the only thing I can criticise is the evening entertainment was not really that good. Maybe it is because it is the start of the season. There are regular buses into Bodrum, but we used taxis (€10 each way) Bodrum is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again 😎

“Brilliant hotel”

Hotel is set in a stunning location, great food (I don't get what people moan about so much - must be all the Brits with no pallet for anything other than bread and chips!) and lovely friendly staff. “It’s got its problems but overall pretty good for the money”

Overall a decent hotel all things considered and decent value for money too as was one of the cheapest options for a week AI in April, but its got its issues. Overall a decent hotel all things considered and decent value for money too as was one of the cheapest options for a week AI in April, but its got its issues. Will get the negatives out the way first - some are weather related so feels a tad harsh. Had 2/3 days of terrible weather when we arrived, first morning woke up to half our floor in the room covered in water and a flooded balcony - the wind came through gaps in the sliding doors making a howling noise all night - appreciate storms are rare but you’d think the doors should keep out rain/wind as a minimum, balcony doors that didn’t lock either which is a security risk! Check-in was pure chaos and wasn’t the most relaxing start to our trip, staff seemed stressed, grumpy and rushed (again could be because of the weather) - was a bit of a free for all at the desk with no real order. Got told to leave our cases at reception whilst we went up to our room and was told they’d ’be up in 5 minutes’, but after 30 mins they hadn’t arrived so had to go down to get them ourselves, not sure why we couldn’t do that in the first place? The sheet with the times of things and the map was really useful though. Food was a bit hit and miss. Breakfast was good, the usual all inclusive options, surprised there was no bacon, scrambled eggs or sausages though, but apart from that was decent. We usually had lunch from the snack bar by the beach which was alright, again just standard options but that’s more than enough for lunch. Dinner was pretty dire, a lot of questionable looking meats cooked with questionable looking sauces/veg. Normally a really long queue for anything popular (chips, doner kebab, Turkish pizza etc), meaning the food was likely cold by the time you eventually sat down. We found it strange that the most popular options only ever had one tray to serve yourself from, which caused the massive queues. Would make things a lot easier and less chaotic if things like fries had 2 or 3 trays to help yourself from, would reduce queues a lot. The chefs were serving people plain versions of food if it was requested (pasta etc), which was nice to see that extra touch of service. Now onto the positives :) Tony, Mesut, and all the entertainment team are great, always chatty, welcoming and give you plenty of options for activities during the day which are a lot of fun. It’s clear they love their job and want to get as many people involved as possible! All the bars were great, quick service and good drinks. Staff were polite and friendly. Water available all over the hotel in fridges, as well as hot drinks. The hotel itself is spotless, cleaners do a great job and the grounds are well maintained too. Loads of places to relax and explore during the day, the water slides are great, there was never a fight for sunbeds at the main pool. The beach was lovely, very clear water with fish by the jetty, loads of beds there too. The bus stop right outside the hotel was handy - 80p ish each into town and they’re fairly frequent. Don’t get a taxi it’s crazy money in comparison. Overall a decent hotel especially considering the price - staff were all great and made it a great experience - if you’re after a cheap all inclusive I’d reccomend it - but be prepared for some niggles.
